this actually got written during math and science class, i just fine edited when i got home. i actually wrote it orgianly in 3rd person, but on the way home i realized it might have been better off if i did it in trunks pov so i did both. this is actually a side story/song fic to a story i was thinking about writing.

It's so hard for me,
to say the things,
i want to say sometimes.
"Mako," Trunks said softly to the brunette lying in his arms.
"What?" she asked softly but irritated, "i was almost asleep."
Trunks laughed softly, "What is it about you women and their beauty sleep.?"
"Women like to sleep and eat chocolate and sayiens like to eat and train." she answered, "now be quiet so i can watch the fireworks, Trunks." she snuggled deeper into the sayien's chest, Trunks was surprized but happy.
Trunks looked around bored and started to lookk around at all of the people at the bottom of the hill.His parent's where sitting as far away from each other as possible,this girlfriend's parents where sharing a blanket with chichi leaning on Goku's shoulder, he wrapped his arm around her. Videl and Gohan where sharing a blanket but not touching each other. Goten and a younger version of him where by the picnic table fighting over whatever was left.
Mako noticed him looking at them and shot him an i-told-
you-so-look.
"Mako," he softly asked whispering into her ear. He felt her shiver and he smiled.
"Hmm," she answered looking up her eyes shining from the light of a streetlight.
"Thanks." he answered simply.
"Mako's eyes showed confusion. "For what?"
"You know how hard it is for me to express my feelings and a lot of girls broke up with me beacuse of that, but you didn't why?"
"Because i love you." she said simply,a tear running down her cheek. Trunks wiped it away lovingly craddleing he cheek in his hand.
Lock the door
We'll leave the world outside.

"I love you to." Trunks said as he leaned in and kissed her boldly, thrusting his tounge into her mouth. Unknown to them fireworks went off.
"CCOOOLLLLLLL!!!!!!!" Goten and Trunks said at the same time.
Goten looked back at Trunks and Mako. "Eeeeeeewwwwwww!" he said in discust. "How come your kissing my sister Trunks?"
Everyone looked back at the now embarressed couple. "Way to go Trunks!" Yamacha yelled.
