One day Light and L were dead so they're not in this but Ryuk survived the end of the manga and then he went to Teletubby land and dropped his Death Note again.
Tinky Winky picked it up, he could feel the power surging through that antenna thing on his head, he got an antenna boner, kinda like Bender in that Futurama episode, but Futurama got cancelled so Bender isn't in this one.
Tinky Winky, drunk on the power that the Death Note gave him, started by testing it out on Noo Noo, sure enough, he died 40 seconds later.
That's when Tinky Winky realised he could all of Teletubby land to himself, and made the Teletubby house explode, killing all the other inhabitants.
Ryuk, impressed with Tinky Winky's work, made him a Shinigami, and Tinky Winky lived happily ever after, before he dropped his Death Note...
