A girl like Jess
Rob's POV
My eyes opened and I looked over at the window. The sun light was slowly coming through the curtains. I smiled. Before I never smiled, I had no point to since I had lost Jess because of some stupid customer at the garage. That had been hard, I had lost Jess and it had almost killed me. The only way I was able to take my mind off of it for only a little while was to figure out what I needed to do to prove to Jess' mom that I was a good enough guy for her daughter. I had done pretty well; I bought my old house, the garage and had even started going to collage.
But then the problem with my little half sister had happened. Luckily for me Jess was willing to help and she had helped me find my sister. She had even asked me to marry her which was really surprising since I thought she didn't want me. Of course I had said yes.
I looked down at my chest and watched Jess sleep peacefully against me. She looked so beautiful. I was one of the luckiest guys because I had her and she actually wanted me. She was smart, attractive, sexy as hell and was ready to fight for what's right. She was one of those girls who didn't do what people told her to do if she thought it was wrong.
Carefully I pushed Jess' hair out of her face so I could actually see her. She was so cute, wearing one of my old shirts. I watched her with a smile on lips as her eyes fluttered open. "Morning beautiful," I whispered, squeezing her waist. She smiled up at me and snuggled closer.
"Morning," she whispered, kissing my chest. I smiled and held her close. I guess I was lucky to have a girl like Jess.
