Hey guys umm this will be my first chapter story and second story in total so please be nice and read and enjoy

"It's over Aizen. Once I use the final Getsuga Tenshou, it will be all over for you."

"Bring it on. You will never be able to reach my level of power wile I am fused with the Hougyoku."

"Fine, than I will have to show you my resolve! Final Getsuga Tenshou!"

"Aargh. You win this time but beware; I will return and annihilate you!"

A few moments that seamed to last an eternity later, Ichigo collapsed.

13 Months Later

"Captain Unohana, when will he wake up? He has been in a coma for almost fourteen months now." Rukia said worriedly.

"In a best case scenario, he should be awake within three days since we took him off of the drugs which have been keeping him in a comatose state so he could properly recover." Unohana said cheerfully.

3 days later

"Ungh. My head is killing me." Ichigo said wile trying to open his eyes. The light in the medium sized room was blindingly bright because of the totally white walls so Ichigo had to blink a few times to get used to it.

"Ichigo" Ichigo thought that he herd someone familiar calling his name. "Ichigo" the voice said again. He finally realized who the voice belonged to. It was Rukia's. "Ichigo, can you hear me?" Ichigo groaned as he opened his eyes. "Ichigo are you all right?" He completely ignored the question and asked "Rukia, where am I?"

"We are in the fourth division. Ichigo, you've been in a coma for almost fourteen months now." Ichigo looked around and said "Oh yeah, this place looks familiar."

"Oh, Ichigo, you're finally awake. How do you feel?" Unohana said cheerfully as she walked in to the room. "Well, my head really hurts but that's about it." Ichigo said and groaned when he tried to sit up.

Rukia pushed Ichigo back down and said"Don't try to get up. You still need to rest." "Fine, fine whatever." "Don't 'whatever' me!" "Midget" "Strawberry" Rukia said with tears of joy in her eyes.

"Now you should get some sleep. I'll check up on you in a few hours." Unohana said with a smile. With that, Ichigo fell into a deep dreamless sleep.

Finally chapter 1 done. This idea for a story just randomly popped into my head during ELA. Writers block is so annoying. So I hope that you enjoyed chapter one of Nothing is Forever.
