This story is about a tragedy.

Draco Malfoy died that night in his sixth year, wand pointed at Dumbledore, standing on the astronomy tower.

But that's not the tragedy.

The tragedy is Harry Potter, who used his first killing curse that night, and who will never forget.

The tragedy is Hermione Granger, who lost her first love. Her heart broke, and she never found the missing piece. It died with Draco.

The tragedy is Ron Weasley, who had to take away all of Harry's needles, and then, finally, who heard Harry's last words ("I'm Sorry, Draco, I'm so so sorry") before he put his wand to his temple and said "Avada Kadavra".

The tragedy is Lucius Malfoy, who will never be able to see his only son and heir inherit the Malfoy fortune, and the Malfoy name. He will never get to tease his grandchildren, or interfere in their upbringing.

The tragedy is Narcissa Malfoy, poor, poor Narcissa. She has a hole in her heart where her son used to be, should be, and will never be. Her heart may have broken ages ago, but he was the only thing she lived for.

The tragedy is Astoria Greengrass, who will never get her arranged marriage, although this is probably for the better. She will never inherit the Malfoy name, and the money associated with it.

The tragedy is Blaise Zabini, who has the weight of the purebloods expectations forced on his shoulders, a weight which Draco used to bear. Blaise died, however, when his love of alcohol got too much to bear.

The tragedy is Severus Snape, who never died, and liked his godson alive, thank you very much.

The tragedy is Nymphadora Tonks, who never got the chance to meet her long-lost cousin.

The tragedy is Dumbledore, who spent year after year wondering why Harry killed Draco.

The tragedy is Scorpius Malfoy, who was never born from his first marriage to Astoria.

The tragedy is Eltanin Malfoy, who was never born from his second marriage to Hermione.

The tragedy is Draco Malfoy, who never lived his life.

The tragedy is many things, but it was, is, and will never be, Draco Malfoy's Death.

The End

A/N- Ok, Krissi, I took the bit about Harry being gay. Happy now? Klav(atory)-You Like?

Other readers- Hey! Review! Oh, and I just thought of something!

The tragedy is You, because if Draco Malfoy died, then Dumbledore must have never died, and there would be no seventh book.
