Introduction
Tony was acting strange for over a year. When he gets a call from his adopted son Harry. The Avengers see the War at Hogwarts. And go to help in the Aftermath and see that Harry is safe. And they find out a few of Harry secrets...Weasley Bashing all but Ginny, George, Bill. (Jealous Ron and Hermione)

Chapter .1.
Tony had been acting strange for over a year now. They could all tell he was worried and they saw him keep checking his phone like he was waiting for someone to ring him. And he had been starting to snap at everyone lately. Wanda, Vision, Sam and Scott didn't know what to make of Tony like this. They really didn't know him that well. And Wanda didn't like Tony. So she wasn't that concerned and just thought Tony was looking for attention. And some of the others thought so too. Thor, Steve, Bucky, Bruce and Loki didn't think so and felt something was going on.
They also had a guest in the tower that they didn't know much about. But he looked familiar too some of them and they just couldn't place the face. Not that he showed his face often.
Tony was going out with Loki, Steve, Bucky, Bruce and Pepper now. But they didn't have any plans to marry. They lied it how it was.
It was on the day in May that Tony's phone actual rang. Everyone had been gathered to watch a movie with Pepper, Happy, Rhodes and all the Avengers and Tony had all about pounced on his phone.
"Hello?" Tony asks putting the phone on speaker
"Hey Dad", a young males voice says
Tony collapses into his seat. And everyone was looking at his with shocked looks. He was a father? When did that happen? And how didn't they know about it?
"Harry! Are you alright? You are in so much trouble of Age or not", Tony says, "I have gotten grey hairs from this and more winkles!"
"Well the Battle has begun. Dumbledore died last year and Hermione, Ron and I went on a quest to hunt things that would kill Voldemort. We have spent the months from August till now on the run. Never staying in the same place more then once and never in public. We did a lot of dangerous things. But the Battle has begun at Hogwarts the final battle. The will decide the fate of the Magical World. We have lost so many Dad. Remus, Tonks, Fred, Colin and so many more", Harry lets out a sob
Battle? What was this? None of the Avengers knew of any battles that were taking place. And a young teen they assumed he was shouldn't be in the middle of the Battle.
"I will come to you", Tony says
"You can't get here in time Dad. Nobody what you do you won't get to me. I am sorry but this is the end. Tell Sirius I am sorry. And that I know he will look after Teddy. I was named Godfather but I won't be able to for fill that promise now. He is with Andromeda Tonks. So please look after my godson that is all alone now but has only his grandmother. Just know I love you always Dad for rescuing me and giving me a home when I needed one. Tell Sirius I love him and that I am sorry he is alone now. Tell him I will tell Dad and Remus all about what he has done for me. And tell them Sirius loves them. Tell Sirius the rat is dead by hís own hand. Tell my betroths I will always love them and tell Teddy everyday I love him even though I never got to hold him", Harry says
"Why are you saying goodbye my wizard?" Tony asks as Loki and Bucky take his hands
Loki sharply looks at him. Wizard? A magic user?
"Because I am. I am in the Forbidden Forest. I am going to die", Harry says quietly
Tony chokes out a sob, "Don't say goodbye. Your not going to die. Your one of my main reasons for living"
"I hope Rogers, Loki, Barnes, Banner and Pepper take good care of you. I love you Dad. Never forget that. Know I won't either", Harry says and hangs up
"Harry!" Tony says trying to call him back but it doesn't go through
Tony begins typing on the computer as Sirius appears at the door.
"What is happening with my godson?" Sirius asks
"The Final Battle has began. I am just getting the cameras up", Tony replies
"What is going on Tones?" Rhodey asks
"My son he is 17 nearly 18. He is a wizard. He goes to a school for Witchcraft and Wizardry in Scotland called Hogwarts. They are in the middle of a war at the moment", Tony says finally getting the cameras up
They all gasp as they see a Castle that was badly damaged. Sirius whimpers. Tony turns the cameras onto the Forbidden Forest.
They see a Snake-Like Man walking around a clearing with others all dressed in black robes. And a large man was in chains and had blood dripping of him.
"That is Hagrid", Sirius says, "And the Snake-Man is Voldemort. The most evil Dark Wizard in History. The black robes wizards and witches are Death Eaters"
"No sign of him, my Lord", a man says
"My Lord –", a woman says
"Bellatrix the most sadistic and evil woman around", Sirius growls
"I thought he would come", Voldemort says in a clear voice, "I expected him to come"
Everyone was looking nervously at Voldemort. All of them waiting for something to happen.
"I was, it seems . . . mistaken", Voldemort says
"You weren't", a voice says
"NO HARRY!" Tony yells
"Draw your wand Harry!" Sirius cries
Harry really was a teen. He was thin and covered in dirt, blood and filth. He had injuries by the look of it. But he was standing tall staring at Voldemort.
Pepper starts sobbing at seeing Harry. She didn't want a child to go through this. Steve, Thor, Bucky and Rhodes looked on sorrowfully this shouldn't be happening. He was much too young to go through this. Loki knew he wouldn't be able to go and help as he didn't have a clue where Harry was to teleport to him. Wanda actually felt sorry for Stark. And sorry for Harry who was nearly her age by the looks of him. Natasha and Clint looked on stone-faced but they felt sorrow as they watched the scenes. Vision looked at Tony with sadness.
"HARRY! NO!" Hagrid yells
Harry looks at Hagrid there was a flicker of sorrow in his eyes but also defeat and some calm.
"NO! NO! HARRY, WHAT'RE YEH –", Hagrid starts
"QUIET!" a Death Eater shouts waving his wand
Harry and Voldemort where eyeing each other.
"Harry Potter. The Boy-Who-Lived", Voldemort says softly
No one moved. And it was like a storm brewing.
"AVADA KEDAVRA!" Voldemort roars and the green light shots out of his wand and hits Harry square in the chest
Harry collapse on the ground looking dead.
"No. No. No", Tony cries, "My little boy. My secret to keep living"
Bucky pulls him into a hug just after Tony switched scene to the Castle. Steve, Rhodes, Sam and Thor bow their heads bowed in respect.
Natasha was clenching her hands that was a child. She wished she could slaughter the lot of them. That was an innocent child! She didn't care if he was 17. He still was a child. If Tony was going after them she would join him.
Clint held Natasha's shoulder thinking about if this was one of his children. What would he have done.
Scott had a tear falling thinking about what if it was Cassie who did this. How would Tony coup with this?
Bruce closed his eyes and tried his hardest to not let the Hulk out as it wouldn't do no good here. He needed to be here with his partner Tony. Tony needed him. Tony needed comfort that his child had been killed. That is what he kept repeating.
Loki closed his eyes. He wanted to so badly slaughter everyone of those dark wizards for harming his partners son. He would hunt them later but Tony needed him now.
Wanda had tears falling done her face. That was a teen just the same age at Pietro and he had been killed too. Doing what was right. She suddenly felt deep sympathy for St…Tony. He just lost was important most to him.
Vision closed his eyes in sadness at Tony's cries for his son. He really felt bad for Tony. If only there was something he could do. But you can't wake the dead.
Pepper was openly crying and holding on to Happy who also had tears in his eyes for his bosses son that he didn't even know about. But he would have liked to get to know him.
"No. Harry", Sirius says with tears falling
"Sirius…Harry told me Remus and Tonks didn't make it", Tony says brokenly
"NO! NO! NO! Not them too", Sirius wails sobbing loudly
"Fred also is…gone", Tony says
Sirius sobs at hearing one of the twins gone from this world too.
"Harry also told me to tell you the rat was dead", T9nybsays softly, "By his own hand"
"A fitting end for a rat", Sirius says sadly at least 9ne of James and Lily murders were dead
The scene suddenly had movement again. They saw the Death Eaters marching towards the castle. Voldemort in the lead with Hagrid with Harry's body in his arms. Tony and Sirius sob at seeing Harry's body. They all saw the reddish glow of the up coming sunrise. They saw students, kinds, families, teachers and so many others come out to see. All of them looking a little worse for wear. Natasha was clutching her fists tight looking at all those children that had been caught up in this war. The look in their eyes told everyone they had to grow up in the middle of this from children to adults.
"NO!" a voice shouts
"Professor Minerva McGonagall", Sirius says, "She really cares that much"
"NO!" a female brunette says her looked worse for wear and thin
"NO! a ginger male says next to her in the same condition
"Harry! HARRY!" a ginger female screams
"HARRY!" some females and males yell
"Hermione, Ron, and Ginny", Sirius says softly, "I don't know the others"
The Avengers see the crowd yelling and screaming abuse at the Death Eaters and Voldemort.
"SILENCE! It is over! Set him down, Hagrid, at my feet, where he belongs", Voldemort says
The Avengers growl at the disrespect.
"You see? Harry Potter is dead! Do you understand now, deluded ones? He was nothing, ever, but a boy who relied on others to sacrifice themselves for him!" Voldemort says
"He beat you!" Ron yells
The Defenders of Hogwarts start shouting and screaming again.
"He was killed while trying to sneak out of the castle grounds killed while trying to save himself –", Voldemort starts
The Avengers growl wanting so much to kill him themselves. The see a teen that was badly banged up starting to shuffle his way to Voldemort.
"No Neville", Sirius moans
"And who is this?" Voldemort asks softly in a snakes hiss, "Who has volunteered to demonstrate what happens to those who continue to fight when the battle is lost?"
"It is Neville Longbottom, my Lord! The boy who has been giving the Carrow's so much trouble! The son of the Aurors!" Bellatrix says
"Ah, yes, I remember. But you are a Pure-Blood, aren't you, my brave boy?" Voldemort asks
"So what if I am?" Neville says loudly
"You show spirit, and bravery, and you come of noble stock. You will make a very valuable Death Eater. We need your kind, Neville Longbottom", Voldemort says
"I'll join you when hell freezes over. Dumbledore's Army!" Neville shouts
All the students take up his cry.
"Still loyal to the end", Tony says knowing his son had made that army possible
It moved the Avengers at how these students were sticking together even with what they were up against.
"Very, well. If that is your choice, Longbottom, we revert to the original plan. On your head be it", Voldemort says
Voldemort raises his wand and waves it. A ragged hat comes too him.
"There will be no more Sorting at Hogwarts School. There will be no more houses. The emblem, shield and colours of my noble ancestors, Salazar Slytherin, will suffice for everyone, won't they, Neville Longbottom?" Voldemort asks
Voldemort makes Neville go rigid and forces the Sorting Hat on his head.
"Neville here is now going to demonstrate what happens to anyone foolish enough to continue to oppose me", Voldemort says lighting the sorting hat ablaze
Screams slight the dawn.
The Avengers looked sick at what was happening.
Suddenly a giant comes into the boundary of the school.
"HAGGAR!" it says
The giants of Voldemort ran at the giant. They watched as Neville broke free of the spell in the chaos. And suddenly he pulled out a silver sword with rubied handle. Neville swung the sword and cut of the snakes head.
"That was Nagini, Voldemort's familiar", Sirius says
Voldemort screams in fury as the snakes body landed at his feet. There was screams and yells and the thunderous stamps of the battling begins again.
"HARRY! HARRY – WHERE'S HARRY?" Hagrid yells
Tony's, Sirius's and the others all look around the scene and couldn't see Harry's body laying around. They wondered where the body was. Harry couldn't have survived another killing curse.
Centaurs came charging at the Death Eaters. Creatures with wings soared around the heads of Voldemort's giants.
Everyone was being forced back into the Castle. There was battles going on as the cameras showed what Sirius said was the Great Hall.
Suddenly all the Avengers saw more people running up the stairs of Hogwarts. All of them with wands raised and ready for battle.
"Reinforcements. That is Charlie Weasley, Professor Horace Slughorn and all the shopkeepers and homeowners in the wizard village of Hogsmeade just outside Hogwarts. Everyone one is there. This really is the Final Battle. athe last stand", Sirius is saying in awe
Centaurs burst into the hall in a clatter of hooves. They see a door burst open and little creatures come outwith carving knives and cleavers, and pots and pans. Sirius looks in awe as the House Elf he loathed joined the battle leading the House Elves of Hogwarts.
"Fight! Fight! Fight for my master, defender of House-Elves! Fight the Dark Lord, in the name of brave Regulus! Fight!" Kreacher yells
And the House Elves did attack viciously at the Death Eaters ankles and shins.
The Avengers and Sirius see many small battles taking place in the hall and to the awe all the students were holding their own and fighting viciously. Voldemort they saw was duelling McGonagall, Slughorn and a black man and Sirius told them was Kingsley. Bellatrix was duelling Ginny, Hermione and a blonde girl.
"That is Luna", Sirius explains
They gasped as the green light of the killing curse missed Ginny's head by mere inches.
"NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!" a red haired older female says throwing off her cloak to duel
"Molly Weasley", Sirius breathes, "Don't do anything stupid. Bellatrix is crazy"
"OUT OF MY WAY!" Molly shouts to the girls and with a wipe of her wand she begins to duel.
The Avengers saw the spells flying from both of them and the students running to Molly's aid.
"No! Get Back! Get Back! She is mine!" Molly cries
The Avengers see only two battles taking place now. Molly and Bellatrix and Voldemort and his three duellers everyone else was on the sidelines watching. Sirius watches Molly in awe seeing her in a new light as she battled his deranged cousin.
"What will happen to your children when I've killed you? When Mummy's gone the same was as Freddie?" Bellatrix asks
The Avengers growl.
"Stop taunting her with the death of her son. I should kill you myself", Natasha growls
"You – will – never – touch – our – children – again!" Molly screams
Bellatrix laughs and Molly's curse hits Bellatrix squarely in the chest, directly over her heart. Bellatrix's smile froze and she toppled backwards. The Students and Adults cheer at her death of the most hated Witch in worlds history.
"Yes! I owe you one Molly", Sirius says happy that his cousin was dead but Harry was still dead
The Avengers were all smiling grimly at the witches death. But they watched in horror as Voldemort turns to her.
Voldemort screams and blasts McGonagall, Slughorn and Kingsley away through the air. Voldemort raises his wand towards Molly Weasley.
"PROTEGO!" a familiar voice roars
Tony and Sirius's eyes widen and tears of join come there was Harry alive he had taken off his invisibility cloak. The Avengers all exchange smiles of relief.
The Defenders of Hogwarts cheers, and screams on every side came.
"Harry!"
"HE'S ALIVE!"
The crowd goes silent as Voldemort and Harry begin to circle each other. This was it the fine confrontation.
"I don't want anyone else to try to help. It's got to be like this. It's got to be me", Harry says calmly
"Potter doesn't mean that. That isn't how he works, is it? Who are you going to shield today, Potter", Voldemort hisses
"Nobody", Harry say simply, "There are no more Horcruxes. It's just you and me. Neither can live while the other survives, and one of us is about to leave for good . . ."
"One of us? You think it will be you, do you, the boy who has survived by accident, and because Dumbledore was pulling strings", Voldemort says
"Accident, was it, when my mother died to save me? Accident, when I decided to fight in that graveyard? Accident, that I didn't defend myself tonight, and still survived, and return to fight again?" Harry asks
The Avengers gasp as they hear this. This teen had faced him before even younger? Tony looked at his son trying to figure where he was going with this.
"Accidents!" Voldemort screams, "Accident and chance and the fact that you crouched and snivelled behind the skirt of greater men and women, and permitted me to kill them for you!"
"You won't be killing anyone else tonight. You won't be able to kill any of them, ever again. Don't you get it? I was ready to die to stop you hurting these people –", Harry says
"But you didn't!" Voldemort says
"- I meant to, and that's what did it. I've done what my mother did. They're protected from you/ Haven't you noticed none of the spells you put on them are binding? You can't torture them. You can't touch them. You don't learn from your mistakes, Riddle, do you?" Harry asks
"You dare –"
"Yes, I dare. I know things you don't know, Tom Riddle. I know lots of important things that you don't. Want to hear some, before you make another big mistake?" Harry asks
"Harry don't anger him", Tony groans
Bucky squeezes his hand.
"Is it love again? Dumbledore's favourite solution, love, which he claimed conquered death, though love did not stop him falling from the Tower and breaking like an waxwork? Love, which did not prevent me stamping out your Mudblood mother like a cockroach, Potter – and nobody seems to love you enough to run forwards this time, and take my curse. So what will stop you dying now when I strike?" Voldemort asks
"Just one thing", Harry says
"If it is not love that will save you this time. You must believe that you have magic that I do not, or else a weapon more powerful than mine?" Voldemort asks
"I believe both", Harry says
"You think you know more magic than I do? Than I, than Lord Voldemort, who has performed magic that Dumbledore himself never dreamed of?" Voldemort asks
"Oh, he dreamed of it. But he knew more than you, knew enough not to do what you've done", Harry says
"You mean he was weak. Too weak to dare, too weak to take what might have been his, what will be mine?" Voldemort screams
"No, he was cleverer than you. A better wizard, a better man", Harry says
The Avengers groan it was just like Tony taunting someone.
"Careful Harry. Please son", Tony whispers
"I bought about the death of Albus Dumbledore!" Voldemort declares
"You thought you did, But you were wrong", Harry says
"Dumbledore is dead! His body decays in the marble tomb in the grounds of this Castle, I have seen it, Potter, and he will not return", Voldemort says
"Yes, Dumbledore is dead", Harry says calmly, "But you didn't have him killed. He chose his own manner of dying, chose it months before he died, arranged the whole thing with the man you thought was your servant"
The Avengers and the others all listen as Harry explained Severus Snape's loyalty, his love for his mother. Then went on to the wand he was holding. Sirius and Tony's eye light up as they know what Harry is going to do now.
"So it all comes down to this, doesn't it?" Harry whispers, "Does the wand in your hand know its last Master was disarmed? Because if it does . . . I am the true master of the Elder Wand"
Red-Gold light bursts suddenly across the enchanted hall sky above them, as a dazzling sun appears. Their wands aimed at each other. The finals spells were about to be said that will decide the fate of the Wizarding World and probably Muggle World.
All the Avengers were tense they new something was about to happen it was the feeling. Tony and Sirius prayed they and Harry was right.
"AVADA KADAVRA!" Voldemort screams
"EXPELLIARMUS!" Harry shouts
The two spells clash in the middle of the Great Hall with a bang and gold light. The green light falls back on Voldemort as the Elder Wand goes flying in the air. Harry catches it as Voldemort's body falls to the ground. As the sunrises on a new day, a new start, and a new since of freedom.
There was shocked silence then screams, cheers and roars erupted all around the Great Hall. And then everyone was rushing towards Harry lunging to hug him.
"He did it! He's alive!" Tony says with a smile off relief
"The war is over!" Sirius says happily but saddens at knowing Remus, Tonks and Fred were dead
"I need to go to my son", Tony says
"We will have to get Fury. Hopefully we can get him to let us got quickly. I will help. We should all go", Natasha says
"Pepper and Happy will have to stay here. But the rest of us can go", Tony says
"Well we better call Fury", Clint says
'Hold on son I am coming. And you are in big trouble!' Tony thinks
