"Daddy's home." I said walking through the door and then my gorgeous twins Patrick and Abby came running towards me, each caring a teddy bear. I closed the door and knelt down. "Daddy daddy." Patrick and Abby said as the hugged me. Then my beautiful wife, Jennifer walked out of the kids bedroom. "Let me say hi to your mom ok?" i said to the twins before standing up. The kids ran into their room and Jenn walked to me. "Hey honey. How was you day?" i asked before kissing her. "It was great. The kids were really well behaved for once." she said giggling. "God you're beautiful." I said pushing her hair out of her eyes. She smiled and looked down at the floor. I leant in and kissed her check. "Daddy, Mommy. Look what we made." Abby said tugging on the back of Jenny's shirt. Patrick stood in the doorway to their bedroom, holding his teddy in one hand and his blanket in the other. Abby held Jenny's hand and walked her to the bedroom. I followed behind. "Wow!" Jenny said looking into the room. "Do you two really do this?" she asked sitting on the floor next to Abby. The kids nodded. "You guys are so great, did you know that ?" I asked sitting down next to Jenny. Patrick dropped his blanket and teddy and walked very fast over to hug me. "You're great too Daddy." he said kissing my check. I kissed his check and he laughed which made me and Jenny smile. Abby stood next to their block tower staring at me "Come here Abby." i said. She got the biggest smile on her face and run over to me. She jumped onto me and hugged me. She then laughed. "so how old are you two now? 6? Im sure its 6." i asked. "No daddy we are 3." Abby said holding up three fingers and laughing, Patrick copied her. "how about you two build with some more blocks with your mum, while i go cook dinner alright?." i said. The kids run over to the toy box and i leant over, kissed Jenn on the check then stood up. I watched for a minute while my beautiful family laughed together which brought a smile to my face.
