A/N: I've started HBP and I know that Draco is meant to kill Dumbledore I don't know what happen yet so this is a little fic I made up.

Don't You're Better

Draco's breathing had increased as he watched Dumbledore enter his office with Harry.

'Harry leave now I don't want you to see this I've never told you' he thought to himself 'but I love you Harry. Leave now and you wont see me kill Dumbledore. Please leave don't make me have to se your face as I kill him'

"I should go now Professor" Draco heard Harry say 'yes thank you for leaving'

as Harry walked out of the door he saw Draco but didn't say anything. They just looked at each other.

Draco held his wand firmly as his hand was shaking. 'I have to do this. I have no choice'

He walked into the office of the headmaster.

"Mr. Malfoy," said the old man who would soon die "what bring you here?"

"this" said Draco coldly as his voice was shaking and he pulled out his wand. "I will do what I was sent to do I will be honored as you leave this earth."

Outside Harry could hear Draco 'please Draco don't' he thought as his eyes began to water 'don't destroy your future I don't want to see you in Azkaban'

"old man I'm glad I get to be the one to kill you" he said beginning to sweat "av-v ….. AVADA-"

"NOOOOOO" yelled Harry as he entered running towards Draco crying

"get out of here Potter unless you want to further glorify me by having me kill you"

"Draco" said Harry crying "please don't if you do this you'll end up in Azkaban"

"Harry shut up and leave believe me when I say I don't want to have to kill you"

"Draco please don't you're better than this"

"well its not like I have a choice Harry"

"yes you do. You don't have to do this"

"I'll be killed if I don't. and what will the light do to you for saving me"

"that doesn't matter"

"I love you"

"I know, I love you too"

"Harry if you go with him I will kill you" said Dumbledore

"try" said Harry as Draco held him in his arms

"as you wish, AVADA-KEDAVRA" a green light shot out of the old wizard's wand as it bounced off Harry and went back to Dumbledore killing him instead.

"lets go Dray"

"yes love"

And with that Draco apperated out of Hogwarts.
