They were at it again. Kairi and Sora, the two idiots fighting over something even more idiotic. What was it this time? I don't know. But it practically woke up the entire island.
"I WAITED FOR YOU AND SAVED IT ALL THAT TIME!!!!"
"Sorry. I didn't know it was that important."
"Anything I save is absolutely important!"
"I didn't know that, or Roxas and I wouldn't have been that stupid!"
"You two are always stupid, but this is an all-timer for you."
The door opened behind me. I knew exactly who it was. Two blond teens came up next to me.
"Heya, Riku. What did I miss?"
Namine was worried, yet amused. And Roxas, well, he never knew what was going on.
"Not much. Kairi hasn't thrown anything yet, so we're still safe."
"Yeah. I heard my name, so I rushed over."
"And Namine and I will be dragged in eventually."
"She has a tendency to do that, doesn't she?"
We turned our attention back to Kairi and Sora.
"How do you think Namine is gonna feel when she knows? She saved it, too."
"Take it up with Roxas. I'm not dating her."
"THAT'S NOT THE POINT!!!"
"What is, then?"
"While you two and Riku over there were being idiots in who-knows-where -"
"Excuse me? I had absolutely nothing to do with this!!"
I had to defend myself if no one else would. And Kairi was ruthless when she was angry.
"FINE!! While you two were being idiots in who-knows-where, Namine and I waited here for you like you asked us to. But when we went to find you, you were making my hard efforts a complete and totally waste of time."
"I said I'm sorry. Roxas, say you're sorry to Namine and Kairi."
"'You're sorry to Namine and Kairi.'"
"NOT LIKE THAT, YOU DUMMY!!!"
"O.K. Sorry, Kairi, Namine.
"Sora, sorry doesn't cut it!!!"
"Can it today?"
"Sora!"
"Kairi!"
"Seriously, I am not happy!
"Really? The whole entire island couldn't tell."
I started laughing so hard. Sora was like that. He just slid little sarcastic comments in randomly.
"Stop picking on me, Kairi. Get mad at Riku, not me!"
"Why me? I'm not the one who's messing around with Roxas."
The four of them looked at me like I was Ansem in a tutu. Then they started to laugh.
"What? Isn't Sora, y'know, gay with Roxas?"
"Gay? Ahaha... Funny, but you know I'm dating Kairi."
"You are?"
"I've been for a while. Geez, you're slow."
"But Roxas-"
"Namine is my girlfriend. And how did you figure me and Sora?"
"Just, uh, er..."
"You really have some sick mind, Riku."
"Kairi! But what I wanna know is what that fight was about."
"Oh. That?"
"Yeah. What did they do?"
"They ate the cookies I made."
