Jackson is my original character, but I don't own CSI.

Once again, a story inspired by my nephew that I had to write! My nephew loves going swimming, so I wondered how Jackson might like to go for a swim. Hope you all enjoy. Please review!

Ever since she could remember, Morgan loved to swim. So when she renewed her membership to her local health club, she purchased a family plan so Greg and Jackson could join her.

Jackson knew something was up when Morgan brought home water wings to go on his arms. "You want to learn how to swim?" She asked.

The little boy's eyes grew almost as wide as his smile. "Yeah!" So, on a sunny Sunday afternoon, Greg, Morgan and Jackson headed to the pool.

Greg couldn't get Jackson's water wings on fast enough. He laughed as Jackson bounced up and down, ready to get in the pool.

Morgan had changed into her swimsuit and got in the pool. Jackson laughed when she said "brr!" realizing how cold the water was.

"You ready to swim?" Greg asked. He'd barely finished the question when Jackson walked to the edge of the pool. He smiled when his son jumped into the pool, splashing water all over Morgan.

"Dis is cool!" Jackson said as he paddled around.

Greg got in the pool and joined his son. "You think you might want to learn to swim?"

"Yeah, daddy! I like da water!"

Morgan helped Jackson kick and paddle in the water, and Jackson proudly swam to his daddy. Greg smiled as his son wrapped his arms around him. "You did it, Jacks! You swam!"

"I swim, daddy!" Jackson said proudly. "Mama show me how to swim, an' I did it!"

"You sure did!" Morgan said as she approached them. "Just remember not to come to the pool unless you have your life jacket or water wings."

"Okay, mama!" Jackson squirmed out of Greg's arms and happily swam, splashing water all over Greg.

Morgan laughed as Greg got wet. Greg smiled and splashed water on Morgan.

Jackson laughed and swam over to Greg. "Daddy, you an' mama get wet!"

"Yeah," Greg said with a laugh.

The three enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. Jackson loved jumping in the water and splashing back and forth.

Morgan smiled as Jackson played in the water. "You know," she said to him and Greg, "They offer swimming lessons here. We should sign Jackson up."

"Yeah," Greg agreed. He knew Jackson should learn how to swim, and it was obvious the little boy loved the pool.

After almost an hour, Morgan and Greg were ready to go. Jackson, however, couldn't spend enough time in the pool.

"Come on, Jacks," Greg said as he lifted Jackson and carried him out of the pool.

"Aw, can we come back to da pool later?" Jackson asked as Morgan wrapped him in a towel.

Morgan laughed softly. "Maybe later this week. We've got to work, and you've got to go to Mrs. Barbara's tomorrow."

Jackson pouted. He loved swimming.

"Tell you what," Greg said as Morgan dried Jackson's hair. "We'll get you signed up for swimming lessons, and then you can come back. That sound good?"

Jackson smiled. "Okay!"

Morgan and Greg signed Jackson up for swimming lessons the following week. On the way home, all Jackson could talk about was swimming in the pool.

Greg smiled as he looked in the rear view mirror as Jackson sang a little song to himself. "I like swimming, an' I gunna learn to swim an' swim in da pool!"

Smiling at Morgan, Greg said, "This was a wonderful idea."

"Yeah," Morgan said, smiling at Greg and Jackson.

The End.
