Sasuke had a pit feeling in his stomach. He felt slightly ashamed knowing that he was the cause of Naruto's pain.
All the fangirls saw that Naruto had stolen his first kiss. Their dream. What they lived for.
No. Naruto hadn't. He had stolen Naruto's first kiss. His dream. What He lived for. He had stolen it.
All they saw was that Naruto had killed their dream of thier first kiss.
None of them saw that this had also devastated Naruto, not a single one.
No one stood up for him, not even a single soul.
No one.
They all stood up for him, Uchiha Sasuke, the heart throb of Konoha. And so there they were, beating him to death.
He shouldn't have been the one to take that kiss. Why didn't he hear anything in favor of Naruto? Not even that shy girl in the corner let out a peep.
Why hadn't he stopped them? Pride? Reputation? Ignorance? Why?
He didn't know what Naruto felt. How disappointed he would be.
So now here he was, walking down a random street.
All his fangirls had assured him that they didn't care if Naruto-baka had taken his kiss. They didn't care for the idiot.
Naruto was nothing to them.
Yet Sasuke was everything.
Sasuke looked up to the darkening sky that was just threatening to rain.
Hadn't anyone thought that the blonde ball of energy might have been hurt?
Hadn't anyone thought that he would've been hurt?
Hadn't anyone thought about the guy that pushed Naruto forward?
No!
They all thought that they had to work harder to earn their Sasuke-kun's heart. They treated him like an item in an auction!
As if! They though that if worked hard enough, showed enough cleavage, cooed at him enough; then they would win him over. It didn't work that way.
Naruto had to be sent to the hospital because of him. It seemed that no one had cared for the blonde. When he peeked into the room, all he saw was Naruto staring out the window. No cards on the table, no flowers, no contagious aura of happiness. He didn't see any visitors.
Sasuke hung his head low, still in deep thought.
He was snapped out of his musing when Shino appeared in front of him. They stared for a moment. Sasuke couldn't see Shino's eyes, but he felt the feeling of hate roll off him.
"You, Uchiha, didn't deserve his kiss." Shino stated coldly, breaking the silence. Then he vanished as sudden as he came.
Sasuke let out a small chuckle and returned to his slow stride home. Maybe someone did careā¦
