I read this story by NoelAnderson called The Chaos Trials. And I want to make a story with the same basic story line. But, there will be many differences. I'm using the same story line from the beginning though. Percy's life starts to go downhill after his new brother is claimed. He loses everything, his girl, his friends and his respect. Chaos appears one day and hosts a game called something. I would say The Chaos Trials, but I don't want to take too much from NoelAnderson. I already feel un-comortable taking her beginning story line. And if anybody sees too many similarities in the stories once I start please tell me! I want to change it then. She had the story first so I should be the one changing it. If you don't already read her story the basic outline is one day Chaos appears and demands the gods to have a trial to see which demi-gods deserve honor and respect. . There are one or two campers from each cabin participating. Every few days they participate in a new trial and earn points. If you read the story you will figure more out about it.
