well, i got bored doing my french homework so i started talking to my friend, and this story practicall wrote itself. Just something random i thought up. Yes this is based on a real conversation about manga and Bleach blah blah blah you don't really need to know. well enjoy my little bit of randomness.

Disclaimer: dont own csi, or bleach or Dragonballz..but i wish i did.

Usual night in Vegas, the star blocked out by the dazzling lights of the strip, the moon illuminating it rest of the non-light polluted sky. But something was off, something didn't feel right.

There were no crimes to report tonight, no murders, no thefts, no…nothing, and what's worse, the graveyard team were bored. Well, Catherine had the night off and Grissom was away for a lecture or something and Sara and Warrick were handling swings back logged cases, leaving Nick and Greg in the break room.

"Stop it", an impatient Nick was trying hard not to hit the younger man sitting next to him, "Greg, quit it". For the past half an hour, he'd been prodding him with a pen leaving black biro ink marks on the Texans right arm.

"GREG", the pen went flying out of his hand in surprise at Nick's sudden outburst, "for the last time. Stop. Doing. That".

"I'm bored" Greg pouted and started spinning on the chair he'd 'borrowed' from Hodges' lab.

"Well do something else rather than annoy me" Nick grabbed another cup of coffee and sat back on his chair, shooting Greg a glare.

"Like what?"

"I dunno, read or something"

Greg sighed and got up, and headed to the random cupboard that held random books that the CSI's had brought in to either 'lose' or read on days like these.

"WOW!" Nick looked up as Greg held a book in his hands like it was a holy relic or something.

"What?"

"M..m..m" Greg couldn't form a sentence.

"What?" Nick got up and waves a hand in front of his stunned friends face.

"Manga!" Greg practically ran round the room waving the book in the air.

"What about it?" Nick grabbed the book and looked at the cover of the slightly creased book, showing that it had been read a lot.

"I love manga!" Greg beamed, "I didn't know some one else did too".

Nick looked up at Greg, then back down at the book and laughed.

"Ok, what's you're favourite manga?" The Texan threw the book on the table and looked again at the still smiling blonde.

"Gotta be Bleach" he said proudly. Nick smirked and let out a small chuckle, "What? It's cool".

"What's so good about it?"

"Two words my friend" Greg said dramatically, "Japanese…Violence".

Nick laughed at his eager friend and turned round, handing the book back to him.

"Do you read manga?" Greg inquired.

"Not really, I'm more of a movie type of guy" Nick picked up his coffee and headed out the door leaving Greg and the book alone.

He looked at the book in front of him, "DragonBallz volume 4" he turned it round in his hands a couple of times and opened it up.

"Property of…Nicholas..Stokes" a small smile crept on to his face.

Nick went in the locker room and headed to his locker. He put his mug on the bench in the middle of the small room and opened the metal door.

Inside he had volumes 1-24 of DragonBallz, he looked at them for a moment and smiled.

"NICK STOKES! YOU LIAR" could be heard from down the hall followed by Greg's voice chanting 'Nick likes manga' over and over again in a sing song voice.

Nicks face went bright red, 'He's not gonna get away with that'

One way or another, Greg was gonna pay.

did you like? well review. the question is...should i write a sequel?!
