Chapter 1
Alex was asleep when she felt something wet on her face. She shot p from her bed to see her puppy Demon. "Well good morning to you too "said Alex. "How about we go check on Julie and Dwayne are doing" said Alex. So they headed down to the kitchen to see Julie and Dwayne reading a letter. "What are you guys reading" asked Alex eating a piece of toast. "We got a letter from a coach in New York" said Julie showing Alex the letter. Alex dropped the toast when she saw who the coach was. She grabbed the letter and ran up to her room with Julie and Dwayne not far behind. "Lex what are you doing" asked Dwayne. "Remember the coach that was mine before me and my dad moved here" asked Alex. Julie and Dwayne nodded. "Well he's the coach" said Alex pulling out an old team photo. "So are we going" asked Julie. "No we're not" said Alex. "They already sent us tickets" said Dwayne. Alex grabbed a pillow and screamed into it. "We'll take that as a yes" said Julie. Alex threw the pillow at them. The next day Alex, Julie and Dwayne were at the airport. Julie was shaking. "Julie calm down" said Alex. "You know I hate flying" said Julie. Dwayne pulled something out of his pocket. "Julie listen to this it will help calm you down" said Dwayne handing Julie his MP3. "Thank you Dwayne" said Julie hugging Dwayne. "Come one guys" said Alex. After they landed in LA they got their bags they then saw a limo. "Dang" said Julie and Dwayne. "Coach Bombay always goes all out" said Alex putting her bags in the back. Once they got to the hotel they all went to sleep while expect Alex. She was looking out the window. Her hand went straight to the locket that her dad gave to her before he died. "Daddy I hope I'm doing the right thing" said Alex before going to bed.
