This is just a little something I randomly thought of one day. Let me know if you like it or hate it. Enjoy
Ginevra Molly Weasley walked silently past the many grave stones, following the same familiar path that she walked at least once everyday. She held in her hands a single, long stemmed, blood red rose.
When she finally reached the stone, she knelt in front of it, staring at the name written in black.
'Malfoy'
She sighed, and then began to speak, as she did everyday, to the one man she had ever loved.
"I've got a date a week from Friday with a healer's son. Everybody says he's crazy, I guess I'll just have to see. I finally moved into that apartment I was looking at. I won't have to pay that boy to rake my leaves." She said, conversationally.
She let out a soft, sad laugh, "I'm probably going on and on, I'm doing a lot of that these days. Anything to keep my mind off…everything."
A single tear ran down her cheek. "You know, I never pictured every minute without you in it." She whispered. "Oh, you left so fast. Sometimes I see you, just, standing there. I see you at your desk or something." A sad smile appeared on her lips, "Sometimes I think I'm losing touch. Mum says that I shouldn't speak to you. Mione says I should just move on." She gave humorless laugh, "You ought to see the way these people look at me, when they see me out here talking to this stone. Everybody thinks I've lost my mind," Ginny sighed, shaking her head. "I just take it day by day."
She stood to leave, and then smiled down at the stone. "I don't regret any of it, you know. I feel that I'm so lucky to have had the chance to love this much. God truly gave me a moment's grace, because if I'd never seen your face…I probably wouldn't be this way." She smiled again.
She looked down at the rose she was holding. Whispering a soft, "I love you, Draco", she laid the rose on top of the grave stone, turned and walked away.
