A/N: This is a story I'm making up as I go along, so as to what comes next your guess is as good as mine. I do not own any band, television show, book (s), ect. referenced to in this story. This is my first story on here, reviews and critiques are appreciated as long as they are CONSTRUCTIVE. I do not write very often, so tips are awesome.

Your name is Elena. You are a very artsy 15 year old girl, about 5'6", with long straight black hair, and bangs that hang over your face. You wear mostly black clothes, and always wear eyeliner.

"Shit, I'm late again," you mumble to yourself as you scramble franticly around the room, trying to remember what you needed that day. You hear a horn blaring outside, you rush to your window to see your best friend Kira practically pushing a hole into her steering wheel. With an exasperated sigh you fling open the window and yell, "I'M COMING!!! CUT IT THE HELL OUT!!" You laugh to yourself as she starts playing Jingle Bells on her horn, "fail!!!!" you shout out the window you left ajar. About to lose your mind, you grab your back pack and head for the door. You're half-way out of the house when you realize that you're still in your pajamas. Panicking you drop your back pack, and sprint back up the stairs, you tear through your room to find clean clothes, "today of all days," you grunt to yourself, as you hit your head on your bed getting out from under it.

After you calm down, you manage to throw on a pair of old beat up guys jeans, a fitted Marilyn Manson t-shirt, your favorite sweatshirt, and you don't even bother to tie your Chucks before hauling ass to Kira's car. That, well...that was very poor planning on your part, you hit the first step and you know you're in for a world of hurt. Your heart practically goes into arythmia as you feel your feet fly out from under you. The next thing you know, you're flying through the air, screaming bloody murder, too bad nobody's home to hear you. They all left hours ago, for some reason your school had a 2 hour delay, but your little brother's didn't. The roads were icy, and your house was freezing. You heard a loud crunch, white hot agony ripped through your body, and you blacked out.

A/N: This chapter is kinda short, it's more of an intro I guess.
