Seven years ago, way before the murders...
Ahh, get a load of that country air. Makes me want to stick my head out the window, it's that refreshing.
"Tetsuo, I know this isn't what you might be used to, but I hope that you'll-" Mom said, looking at me from the front passenger seat before I cut her off.
"Are you kidding? Just look at the view! It's beautiful." I said, staring out the window.
My name is Tetsuo Kuroki, I'm currently ten years old. Our family used to live at Tatsumi Port Island before my Dad's job caused us to move out to Inaba, best decision ever if you ask me. After a long car ride, we stop by the place that we'll be calling home.
"Well, time to introduce ourselves to the neighbors." Dad said, walking around the car and pulling some of our luggage out.
I jump from the backseat and walked to the wall diving the houses, taking a glance at the neighbors place. Both houses are exactly the same, two stories tall and moderately wide.
"I wonder what their kid's like..."
A little rushed for me to start jumping at conclusions, I'm only guessing that because they got a sweet car. Looking back at my parents, they seem to have things under control, so I shrug and take a look at the neighbors house.
I peek around the corner and see a girl, wavy auburn hair and light brown eyes, though she did have a few extra pounds than the average girl. Nonetheless, that wasn't a reason to turn a person down, so I loudly cleared my throat.
"Hello!" I called out.
She turned her head in my direction before looking back down in embarrassment. I briskly walked up to and sat beside her.
"My name is Tetsuo, I just moved next door. What's you name?"
The girl stuttered a bit, before reaching her hand out. "A-Ai Ebihara... it's nice to m-meet you..."
I shook her hand and looked up at the sky. "You never see a sky that blue, huh?"
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"I used to live in the city, when it wasn't overcast, the sky was really pale. I like this."
Ai chuckled before looking back up, "Yeah, I guess you're right."
We sat there for a while, just looking at the sky and making funny pictures in the clouds. Just like that, I made my first friend in Inaba, and that friend was the first and only person I fell in love with.
Why did things need to get worse?
Hello, beautiful audience. What you just read was the short intro to a story based on Persona 4. Out of the other two stories based on Persona that I'll be writing, this one might take a bit longer to update out of the others, mainly because I haven't finished the game yet. 'Bear' with me please? Oh god, the puns are already starting!
