Gray led me over to the side of Carter's tent, where we both collapsed in a tired heap. It was baking out! But then it was the middle of summer. "Phew, it's hot out."

Gray wiped sweat from his forehead. I looked at him. "What?"

He asked looking puzzled. I sighed.

"Why don't you take the hat off? It's boiling out here!" Gray tugged the brim of his cap down.

"I guess I'm used to it." I had a feeling this was not an argument I wanted to get into.

"Oh. Well, how about we go get some ice cream?" Gray looked even more confused now. "Sounds good, but where would we get some? I don't think Kai makes it. "

I rolled my eyes and sighed dramatically. "I live on a farm silly! You know, where I have a maker shed, an ice cream maker, which you built for me, milk, cream and sugar?"

Gray scratched his eyebrow in embarrassment. "Err right. I knew that. Well, come on then." He pushed himself up, offering me his hand. I ignored him and scrambled up myself. "You're so stubborn aren't you Jill?" I turned and gave him my sweetest smile.

"Of course I am! Now come on, I want ice cream now!" I grabbed his hand (possibly a bit intimate considering we'd never even hugged) and dragged him along to my house.

"Woah! This place is huge!" Gray's eyes were huge like when a guy sees a really fancy car you know? I guess compared to his grandads shop it was pretty big.

"Um, yeah I guess so, I never really thought about it." I had to pull him away forcefully into my maker shed. Gray looked at the machine as if it were alien. And he built it! "Right so erm, how does this work?" I smiled and pulled two ice cold bottles of milk from my rucksack. I swear that thing could hold an elephant. I tipped the milk into the main section. "Now what flavour do you want?" Gray looked thoughtful for a second.

"Hmm...chocolate please." Good choice. I pulled out a bar and crumbled it in.

Ten minutes later Gray and I were sat at my kitchen table eating creamy chocolate ice cream. Well, he ate, I more gulped. "Ahh!" Gray looked scared at my sudden outburst.

"Jill? What's wrong?!" I moaned and grabbed my head in pain.

"Ice cream headache..." Gray burst out laughing. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"I'm glad me dying is so amusing to you Gray!" He continued to chuckle until he stuttered "Try rubbing your tounge against the roof of your mouth."

"Whaa?"

"Just try it." I did so and found it really worked.

"Wow, you're amazing Gray! For that I will forget about you laughing at my death!"

Gray rolled his eyes. "Jill, you're still alive."

"No I'm not. I'm a zombieeeee." I stretched out my arms and walked towards him in a mock zombie impression. However I hadn't been looking where I was going and walked straight into Gray.

"Oof!" He was warm and smelt of metal and smoke and chocolate ice cream. ,I opened my eyes only to see Gray looking at me strangely.

"What ? Do I have ice cream on my face?"

Gray smiled. "No, I just noticed how pretty your eyes are." He smiled again and I went all melty inside. Wait a second. Did I like Gray? I looked up at him and saw his eyes were a beautiful cornflower blue. Then slowly, ever so slowly, he tilted my chin so I was looking right at him. Then he lowered his mouth into mine. His lips were warm and tasted sweetly of the chocolate ice cream from earlier. We kissed for what seemed like hours, but was really only a few moments. When we broke apart we were both pink and panting. He rested on my forehead and murmured "Sorry, but you were acutely vulnerble."

"Oh shut up and kiss me again." I hissed. He chuckled and then obliged.

That night, I dreamt of ice cream kisses and Gray.

Thanks for reading! Please review! Also I know there isn't really an ice cream maker, but ice cream is in the game, and I noticed Gray likes both ice cream and chocolate so I thought of this.
