In a relationship, it's the little things you notice.
And in Sasuke Uchiha's case, annoy you to death.
He hadn't been dating the brunette for very long, but already he was driving him nuts, just by the little things that he did.
Take for example when they shared a bed, Sasuke would stay to his side, never once straying to Kiba's, whereas Kiba was just all over the place.
Usually he would end up abandoning him pillow in the middle of the night and chucking it off the bed.
Well it would go off the bed.
Had there not been another occupant.
Sasuke had tried speaking to him about it, but Kiba was always fast asleep when it happened so he couldn't stop it.
He also had this weird habit that while he was asleep he could subconsciously lick his right index finger.
Now I think I know what you would be thinking right now, what harm would that do? But if you were in Sasuke's position you would find it disturbing and very gross.
Disgusting.
Another disgusting thing was that dog of his.
Now Sasuke understood, there is no Kiba without Akamaru. That's just a rule. But he didn't have to like it. To be honest he didn't particularly like the dog. It was always trying to lick his face and curl up to him.
Gross gross gross!
Who wanted to be covered in dog slobber and fur?
Not Sasuke.
Now this wasn't all Kiba did, no.
Take for example, Kiba's OCD. When they were in a room together the door had to be shut.
Even if no one else was in the house.
But he would always go into the room first, and then when Sasuke came in he would wait till he had gotten in and then tell him to shut the door and refuse to talk till it was firmly closed.
And finally there was movie night. Sasuke always said he didn't care what they watched.
He did.
He hated horror movies, couldn't stand them! Why in the world would you want to be that scared?
Kiba loved horror movies.
He loved finding the flaws in them and was never scared.
This annoyed Sasuke greatly because if Kiba wasn't scared his Uchiha pride forbade him to be scared.
So he would just sit there, face expressionless. Trying not to jump when something unexpected happened.
Sasuke sighed, what was the point in thinking of everything he hated about his boyfriend?
The things he loved about him far outweighed these and he knew that Kiba had no choice in the matter, it's just the way he was.
...
Sasuke was wrong.
Kiba did have a choice in the matter.
At night he liked feeling Sasuke's warmth, so he deliberately moved around, trying to be closer.
He would abandon his pillow in the middle of the night and throw it at Sasuke, hoping he would wake up, notice that Kiba didn't have a pillow and decided to be the pillow himself.
He would try to lick Sasuke's finger at night, in the hopes that he would someday lick him back.
He also had noticed that Sasuke and Akamaru didn't get along very well, and this didn't bode well with him.
How could his two best friends in the whole world not get along?
He had asked Akamaru to do whatever it takes to get Sasuke to like him.
And why would he want the door shut you ask?
Simple, he wanted every moment between them to be special and didn't like the thought of anyone barging in during an important moment, if the door was closed then they would go away, right?
Although Kiba's heart was in the right place, he wasn't exactly doing the right thing to get what he wanted.
But he doesn't have to know that.
Well at least until Sasuke just decides to take what he wants.
Oh yeah, there was another thing right?
The movies.
Well in all honesty Kiba didn't like scary movies.
They didn't scare him, but he knew they scared Sasuke.
That's why he made them watch them.
In hopes that Sasuke would show his emotions and let Kiba comfort him.
Because that's all he wanted in return.
