My Friend Selina
Selina Kyle stepped out onto the roof of The Iceberg Lounge. Selina looked down through the glass roof to see it patron's party as if they were just regular people and not members of a large crime syndicate bent on taking over Gotham. Selina slipped her way through an air vent leading into the building. From there she headed to Penguin's vault.
Once inside hoping to find the jade cat statue she intended to steal Selina found a giant symbol of the letter A in its place. "Aw, I was hoping to find a good statue to show my kitties, but instead all I get is a meaningless symbol." Selina purred. "I know it's a shame. What kind of place is Gotham turning to if the great Catwoman can't steal a simple statue for her cats", said a voice foreign to Selina's ears.
Selina turned around and saw a woman with raven black hair and beautiful hazel eyes wearing form fitting leather armor with two pairs of nunchakus strapped to her back."Who in the world are you", Selina hissed."My names Layout, but you can call me Shay", said the thief. "Well Shay do you have my jade cat or going to have to charge you with breaking and entering ', teased Selina. "Well it seem as though I'll live another day without going to jail because I do happen to have your precious statue, but I won't give it to until you do something for me", said Layout. "Oh, and what would that be", asked Selina. "You have helped me steal something from and upcoming event then you will get you cat.", said Shay."Fine, but I don't do anything involving children and dogs." said Selina.
It just so happens that the event Layout needed help stealing something was being host by her rich mother Claire. She needed Selina to steal a priceless diamond. The event is taking place in Claire's large mansion and every crime family is invited so that they can unite as one family. Layout had Selina disguised as one of her friends.
"Selina stop messing with you wig I plan on using it later", yelled Shay."It's not my fault that my supple Clean head wasn't made for this type of trash to touch it." "Well Selina you are the one insisted on me buying from a low price beauty salon.""I insisted because we are in a recession, but you could have at least washed it out first." The two ended their conversation when they pulled up to the mansion. Once inside Shay went to mingle with the guest while Selina went to steal the diamond. Shay had already given Selina her cat, but Selina was allowed to steal anything else she found.
"Oh, Shay it's so good to see you", Said Claire." "Good to see you too mother. I see your tummy tuck has paid off ", replied Shay."It really has I mean just look at my husband but never mind that how have you been "After talking to her mother Shay went to bar to get a drink.
While drinking her scotch Shay felt a finger poking her side. "Sorry miss, but do you know that woman", said the man while pointing a finger. Shay followed the finger until she saw Selina carrying a bag full of valuable items. Smiling Shay took a sip of her drink and said "Yes that's my friend Selina".
