PROLOGUE
I spent almost ten millenniums believing she was dead. I gave her up hundreds years ago thinking it was impossible for us to reunite again.
But there she was, standing just across the meadow—not even a mile apart from where I stood. She was still the same as she was all those years ago; beautiful and breathtaking. Her strawberry blond hair still had the same curls; they fell loosely to her back. The reddish, full lips that were hers were still as sensual as ever. Her aqua blue eyes were the only ones missing; they were replaced by a set of golden brown eyes.
By the time our gaze met for the first time, I felt my breath was caught in my throat. My Tatiana.
I thought she would be happy to meet me too, just like how I felt. But what was written across her face was a look of disgust. She quickly broke our eye contact and land her eyes somewhere else. Didn't she miss me at all? Didn't she feel the same happiness I felt for meeting her again? But then it clicked me; she probably didn't remember me at all.
Disappointment washed over me, but I quickly shrugged it off as I silently promised myself to make her remember. Later, after all of this done.
I just had to make sure to protect her, to make sure none of the members of my coven kill her as they take down the Cullens. The Cullens could die, but not her. I wouldn't let her to. Ever. Not before I could take her in my arms again. I've lost her once, and I didn't want to lose her the second time around.
A/N: I know it's short, but it's the prologue. So do you want me to continue? Do you want me to stop? Love it? Hate it? Sorry for the questions, but please leave your review cause your opinion matters.
