We didn't have much in common
Like the other kids and digimon
In fact most of the time
We didn't even get along
But I think that we've had this bond
Even since the first day we said hi
And now it's just so hard to believe
That we're saying good-bye
So when I joked and said
You'd never find and friend
A friend as good as me
That's not quite what I meant
What I really meant
Was that for me
Another friend like you
There'd never be
So lets at least shake hands
Is what I said
And say good-bye
Before I head
Off on my way
Back to my home
Back to the world
That is my own
And I think I hid
My pain real well
And though there was much more
That I wanted to tell
You before I left

A/N: OK, I know that for a good-bye poem it was kinda late but I really wanted to write something so that I could let you people know that I'm going on vacation *sigh* again. And this time I'm gonna be gone till the 31st, that's like three weeks! Actually this isn't even quite a vacation, I'm going to visit my aunt, and I just found out that she doesn't have a computer (oh the horror!) which really, really sux, I'm gonna be suffering from some major Internet withdrawal! Man how pathetic did that just sound?! OK, that's 'bout it, I'll try to get caught up and read as many of the fics that I missed as I can when I get back. But with the way we get fics here, jeez I'm not gonna have a lack of reading material when I get back!!! OK then, that really is it. C'ya later peeps!
