CHAPTER ONE
It was a cold and brisk morning in the city of Dominoe.....snow lay on the ground as a cat lays on the ground.the white snow caused the ligh to play tricks on your mind.Only one was awake at this time as everyone else was sleeping not knowing what would happen later."Grr.....I hate getting up just to work on my halloween costume!"Yugi Motou yelled furiously.
"Halloween?"Yami asked in puzzlement.
Yugi stared at Yami as if he had just taken a bath and Te'a had walked in on him."you dont know what halloween is?Geeze."Yugi gasped."No unfortunately I don't.You take it as if I wasn't trapped in a puzzle for three thousand years and was just released and told I was a pharoah and was actually dead yet somehow alive.Geeze."Yami said calmly.
"You're right!You're going trick or treating this year!let's go pick out a costume!"Yugi said excitedly.
"Hmmmmmm.............it doesn't feel right here....Yugi......I'll get our deck....I have a feeling we will need it....."Yami said.
Yami walked over to the deck and picked up the deck slipping it in his pocket while making sure Yugi had the duel disk they had gotten from battle city."I think we are ready now Yami!"Yugi said qiuetly.
They walked out the door ready for any danger that might cause them harm or hurt.Suddenly a caped duelist that looked like a rare hunter jumped down landing infront of Yugi.The caped duelist pulled down his hood.It was Marik."Hey marik!How's your father doing?"Yugi asked him.
"He is still a little shaken up about the fact that I tried to steal Yami's power ans sent him to the shadow realm.Other then that he's ok."Marik answered.(authors note:this is after battle city when the evil in Marik is gone and he still dresses the same way but isnt evil.after a while Yugi and Marik had become friends.)
Yami suddenly appeared leaning against Yugi's shoulder.Marik bowed to his pharoah."Marik we are friends.you don't have to bow to me when you see me!after all I owe you!"Yami said in a happy voice.
"Why and how do you owe me?"Marik said puzzled by the pharoah's comment.
"Let's see.....first of all you helped me kill you're evil side,protected my tomb as a boy,oh and let me be you're friend.....hmmmmm......anything else I should mention?"Yami asked.
"Don't forget his back Yami!"Yugi protested.
"OH THAT'S RIGHT!!THE ANCEINT SCRIPTURES ON YOU'RE BACK!thank you for reminding me Yugi."Yami said
Marik and Yugi laughed and the pharoah started laughing himself.
"I guess you're right....you do owe me in a way...but you were the one who helped me get my body back!"Marik said excitedly.
"You helped me get Mai back from he shadow realm."Yami said in a weird voice.
"Hey Yami,Yugi how about we go get a bite to eat?my treat!"Marik said happy he finally had friends and now he could leave the tomb keepers place."Can I chip in Marik?"Yugi asked in a polite voice.
"Sure!I still can't thank you enough for telling my father to let me out of the underground house we had!"Marik said.
"How did that happen again?"Yugi asked.
"I'll remind you...."Marik said.
