Hey guys! This is the first thing I'm publishing. It is a collection of one-shots, every chapter a different one, of Nathanial and Chloe (From the TV series Miraculous Ladybug). Feel free to comment what you think.
School had just gotten out for the weekend, and students filled the sidewalk in front of Françoise Dupont High School chatting about their games and plans for the next two days. Chloe Bourgeois was talking with her best friend/minion Sabrina when she noticed Nathaniel Kurtzberg, the school artist, drawing intently on a pad of paper. Determined to wreak havoc on someone's life, she marched over and started nagging him.
"Oh! Drawing again? Marinette! Loverboy is daydreaming about you! I. SHIP. IT. You're both dorky enough for each other. Let me see." She tried to grab the sketchbook. "Come on! Show me! Are you another superhero in this one? Or maybe Marinette is a damsel in distress? Come ON!" She finally yanked the sketchbook out of Nathan's hands and examined it. Suddenly, she went pale, which greatly offset the bright red of Nathanial's face.
"Wha… wha…?" She stuttered. Then, as if sensing the crowd that had formed, she regained her composure and said, "Your drawings need A LOT of work."
Everyone was left speechless as she dropped the sketchbook and sashayed away.
Marinette suddenly sprang into action, grabbing the book from the wet ground and wiping away the many dirt smudges. While doing this, she got a glance at the page Nathan had been working on. Although she pretended not to have seen anything while handing it back to him, she later informed Alia of the latest development in Nathanial's love life.
