A/N: This is my first story with an OC so this should be fun. I've based the OC on me and the OC's parent is based on my parent in question. Names and other personal info about the character are random. The story is set probably during the five-year gap between seasons 1 and 2. Supermartian is a couple so before they break up. I have no idea when it's set. You choose.

Meeting Trixi
Mount Justice
July 1, 15:20
In the lounge area of Mount Justice, the team consisting of many protogés of various members of the Justice League known as the 'Young Justice team' were lounging around in their civilian clothes doing various things. Superboy and Miss Martian were talking together, Robin and Zatanna were watching tv with Aqualad. Or at least trying to. As usual, Kid Flash and Artemis were arguing about who knows what. Then Batman's voice was heard through the speakers. 'Team, report to the zeta tubes.' The speakers then went silent. Robin turned off the tv as the team exited the room to the zeta tube entrance. There they saw Batman, Black Canary and Red Tornado talking to a man with short brown curly hair, blue eyes and wearing bronze armour and a yellow cape. Beside him stood a young girl who the team assumed was his protogé.
Seeing that they had arrived, Batman turned to the teens and told them, 'Team, a new member will be joining the team.'
'Hey guys, I'm Asgard and this is my daughter, Trixi.' The jaws of the team dropped. Trixi looked nervous but gave a wave and a small smile. She whispered something to Asgard which Superboy picked up on. 'See Dad? I told you they wouldn't like me.' With a reassuring smile and mention from Asgard, she walked towards the team. Trixi was wearing civilian clothes like the rest of them. Miss Martian walked towards her and said, 'Hi! I'm M'gann, what's your name?' trying to make Trixi feel welcome because Superboy told her what he had heard. Trixi looked back towards her father and he nodded. The team failed to notice that her irises turned purple for a second.
'My name's Pia. It's nice to meet you.'
'It's nice to meet you too Pia. Let me introduce the team. This is my boyfriend Conner, Robin, Zatanna, Artemis, Wally and Kaldur.' Pia gave a bright smile to the team, radiating happiness. 'I'm really excited to be here, and a little nervous, I guess.'
'Don't worry, you'll fit in just fine.' M'gann told her. 'Are you staying in the cave or do you go home?'
'Well, dad said that he thought it would be a good idea for me to stay in the cave to make things easier if something comes up.'
'That's good reasoning.' Said Robin.
'Time for training guys.' Black Canary told them as she walked over. 'Go change. You have five minutes.'
