A/N: I was inspired by that little photograph of James and Lily dancing in the snow in the new PoA trailer. This is the resulting drabble!
"Shall we dance?"
She laughed. "We're in the middle of the courtyard! It's snowing!" Her bright green eyes were twinkling with mirth.
"So?" He grabbed her quickly and began twirling her around, their laughter mingling in the chilly air, creating a wonderful, comforting warmth around the two of them. It was a little awkward, attempting to dance as the snow swirled around them, with bulky coats and scarves getting in the way, her long red hair flowing in the wind and threatening to get in her eyes.

"Sirius!"
Sirius grinned roguishly, the camera held in his hands still smoking. "What? That's a moment to remember."
"He does have a point, James." Lily Potter kissed her husband on the tip of his nose. "And when we're old and grey, we can show it to our ten children and they can laugh at how absurd we were."
James just laughed again, grabbing her and twirling her around, dancing to music only they could hear.
