Ok, I just read a bunch of Jazz/Vlad fluff fics, so I hope this turns out the way I wanted it to. Hope you like it!
It had taken weeks of talking to them, but Jazz had finally gotten her parents to throw a Halloween party. She said it was to make them seem more normal and get her parents minds off ghost hunting for a while. She hadn't actually expected many people to come, so it was a surprise to come down stairs the night of the party to find the house packed with people in costumes. She was wearing a long green witches dress with gold embroidery, and black witches hat.
She looked around. Danny, Sam, and Tuck were standing together. Danny was in his ghost form, telling people it was just a costume, Sam was dressed as a vampire, and Tuck was a giant PDA. They were in a small group by the front door.
Oh no. Jazz had to get them away from the door. If they found out she'd invited him…
She walked over. When she got there, Paulina, in a pink princess dress, was talking to Danny.
"You're a terrible Ghost Boy impersonator. He doesn't look like that at all."
Jazz almost laughed as Paulina walked away, leaving Danny and Sam looking very ticked. Tuck was just standing there eating a ghost shaped cookie.
"Hey, um, do you think you guys could do something for me?" asked Jazz.
"Sure," said Danny. "What do you need?"
"Um," she said the first thing that popped into her mind. "I think Technus is in my computer again." This had been happening a lot lately.
Danny sighed. "Ok, come on guys." Sam and Tuck followed him up the stairs.
Jazz looked around again. He wasn't there. She walked over to the snack table and picked up a cup of some juice her parents had picked up. She looked glanced around the room.
"Looking for something?"
Jazz nearly spilled her juice. She turned around to see a tall figure in a Jack Skeleton (Skellington?) costume, mask, and all.
"You look nice." he said.
"Thank you." she turned around to make sure her parents and brother were somewhere else. "Come with me."
They walked to the back of the house, and snuck out the back door. Jazz made sure the door was unlocked before closing it tightly and spinning around. She ran up to Vlad and wrapped her arms around him.
"I've missed you." she said quietly. They'd been dating secretly for almost a year now.
"Have you told them yet?" Vlad asked, holding her tightly.
"No. I just can't. What will they say?" she looked up at him worriedly.
"You're going to have to tell them eventually."
"I know," she looked up at him. "But, not yet." She lifted his mask and he leaned down and placed a light kiss on her lips.
"We should probably go back inside." said Vlad. "It's getting a little cold."
"Can't I just go back to Wisconsin with you?" asked Jazz hopefully.
"As much as I wish you could, your parents, and brother, would want to hunt me down for it." he said smiling.
"They'll just have to live with my choice." she said, resting her head on his chest. "I'll tell them soon."
They just stood there in silence till Jazz began to shiver. Vlad led her back inside, pulling down his mask. They would all know soon enough, but not yet.
Not the best fluff story, but it's here! Sorry it's kinda late. I meant to post it earlier today, but my mom made me make dinner, then we did trick-or-treating. I may write an alternate version of this, but I haven't decided yet. Hope you liked it!
