A.N. : Hey guys, it's been awhile, sorry about that. Im not abbanding my other stories, but I had this idea floating around in my head for awhile and I wanted to write it down. So basically it is set in during the 4th Harry Potter book, the Goblet of Fire, but with one small twist. It is a Fem Potter. Also I made one small change too. Instead of Hogwarts students getting there letters at 11, they get them at 14. So Aria/Harry is 17 in this one. If you don't like it, im sorry, don't read it. But if you do end up reading, leave a review, tell me what you think! Also I apologize for all the mistakes in this. Its midnight right now and i'm tired lol. Hope you like it!
Disclaimer : I don't own harry potter, im just playing around with it.
Aria Potter was having the best dream. It had started with her laying on a beach in the middle of the Caribbean. She could feel the warmth washing over her tiny bikini clad body, tanning it beautifully. She could smell the salt from the ocean and ached to dip toes into the water. The sun was reflecting off the ocean water beautifully in an array of blues, greens, reds, oranges, and pinks. It was a stunning sight to say the least. Though not as stunning as the sight of the smirking man standing over her.
"Drink, Ma'am?" He said smoothly with a smirk. His voice was deep and gravelly, the kind of voice that could very easily send a woman over the edge. He held out his tray with something blue and fruity looking on it. Aria sat up from the beach chair she was lounging in with a smile. She pulled her shades down on her nose to look over them at him. She dragged her emerald green eyes up and down the man. He was wearing nothing but a pair of trunks, that he filled out very nicely, and in a way that made her mouth watered. Just above the waistband of his pants was a trail of blonde hair that lead down inside the trunks. Aria wanted to follow that trail down with her tongue to see what gifts it would lead too. Aria glanced up above the mans pants to look at his stomach. It was tightly rolled with six abs that were begging to be kissed, licked and sucked. They were glistening already with sweat from the heat.
The man let out a deep chuckle that made Aria tear her eyes away from his abs. He held out the drink tray again. "It is a new mix the bartender came up with." Aria glanced over at the bar that magically appeared to her side. The equally handsome man tending the bar leaned his hands on the bar and gave her a smirk. Aria gave a little shiver that made her feel all warm and fuzzy in interesting places. And by the look that the bartender and the drink man gave her, it didn't go unnoticed.
Aria looked back at the drink man and smiled. One of her dazzling smiles that usually get what she wants. "I would love a drink, thank you very much. I would also like some.." she slowly looked him up and down again, making it very obvious to the man. "...Company, if you don't mind." She winked at him then, and shifted in her chair in a way that made her breast push out a little more. The man glanced down at them and his eyes lingered. She tossed her long black her over her shoulder to give him a better look.
The man smirked while looking up into her eyes. Without breaking eye contact, he set the drink down on the little table by the chair and leaned over Aria. He braced one hand on the back of the chair by her head, and the other rested on the seat by her hip. He slowly leaned in closer to her until his mouth was only a hair away from her lips. He brushed his mouth across her once lightly. Aria gasped and arched her back. She wanted to feel his mouth all over her. The man let loose a chuckle that made Aria moan. The man rested his lips on the corner of her mouth, and gave her a kiss. He then drifted over to the other side of her mouth and gave a light kiss there as well. Aria was a mess at this point. The only thing she wanted was to feel his lips on hers, and she was willing to give anything for it. Aria reached up with both of her hands and threaded her fingers through the mans soft silky hair. She tried to drag his head closer to her, but the man was too strong. He just laughed and kept his head away from her. He took her hands out of his hair and pinned them to her side.
"No, No, No." He tisked. "No touching. I'm the only one allowed to touch." Aria let loose another moan that she would have normally be embarrassed about. But she didnt care then. She was so wound up that the only thing she cared for at that moment was releasing the knot in her lower abdomen. But this man seemed intent on torturing her first. She looked up at the man, her normally bright eyes darkened. Aria nodded her head to show the man that she understood. The man smirked and leaned down to whisper in her ear.
"Good girl." He purred. He gave her ear lobe a quick nip and then placed his lips on her neck. He started out with a quick nibble that progressed into kissing and sucking. Aria let out a whimper and leaned her head to the side to give him more access. She started to rub her thighs together to get some friction, but it seems the man wasn't okay with that. He gave a sharp bite to her neck and placed his hand that was rested by her side, on the inside of her thigh. He gripped it hard enough to bruise, but it only ended up turning Aria on even more. The man moved his head to her ear.
"Get up!" he said with a sharp, high voice. Nothing like the what he sounded like before. She didn't pay attention to it at first but then she heard the banging. A sound that didn't belong on the sultry beach.
"GET UP!" The man yelled again. It was then that Arai began to wake. As the dream faded, the knocking continued and got louder.
Aria sat straight up in her bed, a bed that was unfortunately missing a sexy mysterious beach man.
"Get up I say!" Her aunt hollered on the other side of Aria bedroom door. Aria clenched her eyes shut and groaned. That was not the way she wanted to wake up from the dream. Apparently her aunt heard her groan because she gave another vicious nock on the door. If she kept this up, Aria was almost certain that the door would be knocked down. "Get up before I have to come in there to drag you up!" Her Aunt Petunia yelled.
Aria sat up and swung her legs out of the bed. "Alright, Alright, Alright! I'm up!" She hollered at the door
"I don't want to hear any attitude from you!" Her aunt snarled back. "If you want to go to that blasted… thing later!"
Aria sighed. She was supposed to go to the Quidditch World Cup later today. As a matter of fact, her friend Ron's parents were supposed to come pick her up at noon. She was so excited that she could hardly fall asleep last night. It was supposed to be Bulgaria against Ireland, and both teams are supposed to be good. Bulgaria has one of the best seekers out there, Viktor Krum. He was only 18 and already he was signed onto a national team. Aria herself was a seeker for the Gryffindor Quidditch team. She was the youngest person to join to the team in over a century, and was the debatably the best seeker in the school. It was a match between her and the hufflepuff seeker Cedric Diggory. The Irish team wasn't lacking in players either. Their chaser were some of the best in the world. They played almost as if they had the same mind. It was supposed to be a sight to see. And Aria wasn't going to do anything to jeopardize that. Even if that meant having to put up with Aunt Petunia's sniping all day.
Aria stood up from the bed and walked to the door to open it. On the other side stood her aunt Petunia, staring down at her from her pointed nose. "It's about time. It's no use sleeping the day away." Aunt petunia looked up and down Aria's sleepwear That night it happened to be a baggy shirt and pants from a thrift shop that used to belong to someone must have had a lot of cats. No matter how many times Aria or Aunt Petunia washed it, there was always cat hair on it, orange and black, grey and white. From the sour look on her aunts face, Aria could tell that there was still some hair on it. "I don't know why you haven't bought new clothes yet." Aunt Petunia said. "Those are disgusting and I shouldn't have to be forced to look at them."
Aria bit back the snarky remark that she normally would have said. But today she was playing nice. For the world cup. Aria just nodded instead and said that she would be right down to make breakfast, just as soon as she got changed. Her aunt sniffed at her, while still looking down her nose at Aria. Aunt Petunia turned on her heel and stomped back down the hallway, presumably to the kitchen where Aria's Uncle Vernon and cousin Dudley was waiting.
Aria turned shut the door and walked over to her dresser. She pulled out a pair of shorts that was a little to short and had frays on the end of them that showed off her long tanned legs. She grabbed a loose old shirt that she had cut off the sleeves on. This late in august, it was hot enough to fry an egg on the pavement, and her chores she had to do today before she left were all outside. She didn't want to get over heated. Aria turned to the full length mirror stuck to the wall after getting dressed to brush and pull back her hair. She stood for a few seconds accessing her profile. Aria was a short girl, especially for her age. She just turned 18 this last month and she was only 5 foot 3. A lot of her friends joked around that she would fit in right away with the first years. She always just snorted and hit them. Aria's legs were long, tanned and toned, thanks to all her years of working outside, in the garden pulling weeds or mowing the lawn pushing the old and heavy mower around. Her abdomen is toned and equally as tanned, again thanks to all the work outside. Her chest was a little to big for her frame, but she wasnt really going to complain about it. Aria's eyes met her own gaze in the mirror. The big bright emerald green eyes that stopped many people in their tracks. They had a mischievous gleam in that years of living with the Dursleys had not managed to stomp out. She had a cute upturned nose that reminded Aria of a pixie nose, a full set a lips that were usually red and a little torn from her nervous habit of chewing on them. The thing that really stood out on her face was the lightning shaped scar on her forehead. She had earned that scar when the Dark Lord had tried to kill her when she was just an infant. But she had managed to survive. Her long inky black hair spilling all over her shoulders and didn't end till mid back. It was a mess of waves that usually was kept up in a bun when ever Aria had to do chores, or if it was a super hot day. The mass of hair was usually so heavy that it gave her a headache if she let it get any longer then what it was now. All in all, all of her features put together made her a very beautiful young women that usually made heads turn. But Aria was the kind of person who never noticed this things. She was never a vain person. Of course she never hated herself, but she never thought she was beautiful. She always just described herself as average. Aria smiled, pushed her nose up with her finger to make it scrunched up. "Oink, Oink." She said, then giggled. She scooped up her hair and threw it haphazardly into a bun, and stuck a couple bobby pins in it to keep it put.
She stepped away from the mirror, flung open her door and bounded down the stairs to the kitchen. She decided to keep the Dursley's bad attitude from keeping her down today. She was just to excited. Whistling a random toon she walked in through the kitchen door and started to make breakfast for everyone. Normally she would be making bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns, but since Dudley was put on a diet, everyone was forced to eat what he had to eat. Aunt Petunia thought it just wouldn't be fair for everyone else to eat all the sweets and normal food in front of him when he couldn't have any. Luckley for Aria, her friends and sent her lots of sweets and pastries and such to last her all summer. She had owled them about the forced diet and they returned in plentyfull. It was times like those that Aria really appreciated her friends.
Aria pulled two huge grapefruits from the fridge and proceeded to cut them in half and place them on plates. She grabbed the fresh squeezed orange juice from the fridge, and poured four glasses. She brought everything to the table, passed out the grapefruit with spoons to eat it and the juice. She noticed that yet again she didn't get a thank you for getting everything, but then again, why would someone thank their servant for doing their job? After all, that's all the Dursleys thought she was, just a lowly servant girl that they oh so kindly took in. Aria used to get really mad about it, but now she just couldn't care. She didn't have the energy too. This was hopefully that last summer she would have to spend with them. She had done some apartment shopping earlier that summer, and there was a cute little apartment above the Flourish and Blotts that she would be able to afford easily. She had all of room packed (The very little amount of possessions that she had anyway) and shrunk down easily to fit into her Hogwarts trunk. And at the end of this year she would be moving in. Aria was looking forward to never having to deal with the dursleys again.
Uncle Vernon grumbled from behind the newspaper that he was reading. He was seated at the head of the table just like he always was, with Dudley to his right and Aria to his left. Aunt Petunia sat opposite of him at the other end of the table. Vernon looked down at his halved fruit with a grimace, but wisely said nothing. When Aunt Petunia fist set the diet in place, Vernon was naturally against everyone having to follow it, but Petunia was stubborn and determined. He had eventually gave in and started to follow it, but not without a huge fight. It was so loud that Aria could hear it outside from the garden.
Vernon picked up his spoon and started to pick at the grapefruit, the same as Dudley. As a matter of fact, Petunia was the only one happily eating the fruit. Well her, and Aria. But the only reason Aria ate it so happily was because she knew that she had a slice of pumpkin pastry homemade from Mrs. Weasley sitting upstairs for her. She finished up her half with a smile and looked up at Dudley across from her. "Filling breakfast, Hmm?" Dudley just gave her a nasty look and looked back down at his.
Uncle Vernon looked up at Aria at the sound of her voice. "So," He stated. "Those - Those people are coming today, are they not?" Aria just nodded, not bother to say anything on the amount of disgust in his voice when he said people. "I hope you know that you won't be going until you get you list of chores done! You have to mow the lawn, weed the garden, wash the dishes, and clear the gutters." Uncle vernon turned to look at the clock behind him with a smirk on his face. "All with in 2 hours." He looked back at Aria with a look on his face that clearly says that he doesn't think that she would be able to do it. And he was right. There was no way she could get all that done and get ready to go all in two hours. But luckily for her, she has a weapon in her back pocket. Her godfather, Sirius Black. He was on the news last year for having escaping from the wizarding prison Azkaban. He was falsely accused of murdering 14 people. But the Dursleys didn't know that he was innocent. They just know that he is still running free, and was Aria's godfather whom she was in contact with.
"Okay," she started with an equally as big smirk on her face. She had the satisfaction of seeing her uncles face slip into a frown at her smirk. "Just let me finish my letter up to Sirius and I'll get started right away on those." At the sound of Sirus's name, all three of the Dursleys stilled in their seats. Vernon and Petunia shared a look of terror, and Dudley squeaked. Of course it could have been the chair he was sitting on too, the poor thing looked like it was about to fall apart from having all of Dudley's weight on it.
And part of that statement was true. She did have a letter to send to her godfather. A couple of night ago, she had woken up in cold sweat from a nightmare that had whom she thought was Voldemort and his assistant Wormtail. Who at one point in time was friends with her father and his friends. But then on the night of her parents murder, he had betrayed them to the dark lord. Wormtail had told him where the Potters where hiding and how to get to them. When Sirius had found out what had happened he had tracked down Wormtail and threatened to kill him, but Wormtail had instead made it look like Sirius was the one to betray the Potters, and killed a whole street of muggles (which he also planted on Sirius) and then pretended that he was blown up. Wormtail had cut off his finger and transformed himself into a rat. He had made it look like Sirius had killed everyone, including Wormtail. It was a whole sorried deal, but last year Aria and her friends Ron and Hermione had uncovered the truth and set Sirius and a hippogriff (that's a whole nother story) free. Unfortunately they couldn't stop Wormtail and he had escaped to places unknown. If the dream that Aria had was true in anyway, then Wormtail had found Lord Voldemort and was plotting to kill someone. Aria had wanted to write to Sirius because when she had woken up, her scar on her forehead was stinging like it had whenever she was in the presence of the Dark Lord. She had wanted to write to Sirius about it to see what he thought of it.
Vernon cleared his throat and brought Aria out of her musings. "Yes well, I suppose that you really only need to get the garden and the dishes done. Dudley can mow the lawn, it will help with the exercise that he is supposed to be doing anyways." At that comment Dudley had started to complain, but one look from Vernon had shut him up.
Aria nodded her head and silently rejoiced. This meant that she could be easily done with an half hour left to spare. She excused herself from the table and got started on the dishes.
By the time that 11:30 had rolled around, Aria had the garden done, the dishes washed and put away, showered and all packed. She grabbed her trunk off of the old bed and took one look around the room that she would never be going back too. She couldn't be happier truth be told. She was glad to wash her hands of this place.
She ran down the stairs with her trunk thumping down the steps after her. She parked it in the hallway next to the door. She didn't really know how the Weasleys were planning on getting here, but she was sure that whatever way they picked would be a show. Aria walked to the living but paused in the doorway. Now came the moment she was nervous about. She had yet to tell the Dursleys that she wouldn't be coming back after this year, because she had no idea on how they would take it. Many different scenarios had ran through her head. She had pictured everything from the Dursleys throwing a party to celebrate, to them throwing a fit and locking her in her room cause they weren't willing to let their personal slave leave. Aria took a deep breathe and headed into the room. Vernon and Dudley were seated in two of the armchairs in front of the fire dressed in their best suites while Petunia was wearing her good cocktail dress and heels. They were obviously dressed to intimidated who ever came to grab Aria.
Aria took a deep breath and then coughed to get everyone's attention. When they all had their eyes set on her she started.
"As we all know, this last birthday was my 17th birthday, and in the wiz- my world, 17 means your an adult." She started. She stumbled over saying wizarding, but at the look her uncle gave her, she switched her wording. "So I have decided to get my own apartment this year and move out. I won't be coming back after I leave today. This is the last time I will see you." Aria blurted the last little bit in rush. She thought for a second that she may have said it too fast cause all three of the Dursleys were looking at her in confusion. But then realization slowly dawned on their faces.
Her uncle was the the first to speak. "How Dare you!" He shouted, his mustache wriggling and his face turning purple. It was quite a funny sight actually. "We took you in out of the goodness of our hearts and this is what you do to us?! Why is this just now coming out! Why didn't you say something sooner! You may be an adult in that world but in this world you are still just a teenager! You will not be leaving! What will the neighbors think, what are we supposed to say about what happened to you! Well? ANSWER ME GIRL!" By the end of his rant, Uncle Vernon's face had changed to red. At the noise of his father yelling Dudley had torn his eyes away from the t.v. to stare at Aria. Petunia on the other hand started to blubber
"Who's going to weed the garden?" She cried. "Who's going to do the dishes? Lord knows I can't do that!"
Dudley seemed to be the only one happy to see her go. "Does that mean I get my second bedroom back?" he asked.
Aria just sighed and shifted to be leaning on the doorframe. She crossed her arms under her chest. "I didn't want to mention anything in case it fell through. And for the other things, I guess you will just have to learn to deal with them on your own. I'm not your live in maid. And if your so desperate about it then hire a maid! I saw one with a cheap hourly wage in the paper the other day." Petunia just stood there with her mouth opening and shutting, with no noise coming out. She looked like a fish, and Aria had to bite back a laugh at it.
Uncle Vernon on the other had looked like he was about to yell some more but Aria interrupted him. "I wont be changing my mind so don't bother trying to yell. It would do you or me any good. This is the end of it. I'm leaving in when the Weasleys get here and I won't be coming back. I have emptied out the room of any of my things and anything I had left you can just toss out. I won't need it anymore. Please don't yell or say anything about this. I don't want my last day here spent listening to you yell." Aria said it so matter of factly and with so much confidence that Vernon didn't know what to do or say.
Luckley he was saved by the sound of their fireplace making some noise. It sounded like a fire was started in there, behind the fake electrical one that was plugged in. But that was impossible because Aria knew that there hasn't been a fire in there in years. She jumped when a loud banging sound came from it. The Dursleys started to back away from it in fear, while Aria crept closer. She let out a laugh when the realization of what was going on finally came to her. It appears that the Weasleys have decided to take the Floo network to get to the house. All of a sudden the sound of voices came from the fireplace.
"Ouch! Fred, no - go back, go back, there's been some kind of mistake - tell George not to - OUCH! George, no, there's no room, go back quickly and tell Ron - "
"Maybe Aria can hear us, Dad - Maybe he'll be able to let us out." There suddenly came a loud sound of banging that made the Dursley jump another few feet back. Dudley was now out of his chair and cowering behind his mother. The last time he had met a wizard he had come out of the exchange with a pig's tail sticking out of his behind. And judging by the way he was rubbing it now, Dudley clearly remembered the pain from having it removed.
"Aria? Aria, can you hear us?"
Petunia faced Aria with her lip trembling. "W-w-why does it sound like there is someone in our fireplace?" She asked with her voice quivering.
Aria finally stopped laughing long enough to tell talk. "It sound like there is someone in the fireplace, because there IS someone in the fireplace. It seems like the Weasleys have decided to come get me via the Floo network." Ignoring the confused faces of the Dursleys, Aria approached the fireplace and started to talk into it.
"Mr. Weasley, can you hear me?"
The hammering stopped. Somebody inside the fireplace siad, "Shh."
"Mr. Weasley is Aria, the fireplace has been blocked up and replaced with an electrical one."
Just as Aria thought Mr. Weasley got excited about the idea of an electric fireplace. "Hold on one moment dear," He said. "I'll have us out in a jiffy. Step back everyone!"
Aria started to stammer out the word no (because she was pretty sure she wasn't going to like the way that Mr. Weasley was going to get everyone out. But before she could say anything, the sound of her friend Ron's voice came from the fire too.
"What are we doing here, has something gone wrong?" He asked.
"Oh no, Ron," Came Fred's voice, very sarcastically. "No, this is exactly where we wanted to end up."
"Yeah, we're having the time of our lives here," said George, whose voice sounded muffled, as though he was pressed up against the wall.
"Boys, boys…" said Mr. Weasley vaguely. "If you give me a moment - Fred you have to move so I can use my arm - Ah! There we go! Aria! Stand back dear!" Aria surged backwards and almost stumbled over Dudley, who had slinked forward at the sound of the voice coming from the fireplace.
Mr Weasley uttered a charm that Aria didn't quite catch and suddenly the entire fireplace blew outwards, and four soot covered Weasleys fell out of the fireplace. After about a few minutes as every one tried to right themselves, Mr. Weasley finally stood up. He brushed off his robe as he took a look around the house. "Nice, err, place you have here! Very clean!" He said to a shellshocked Petunia and Vernon. Author turned around and looked at the fireplace. "Oh Merlin! We can't leave a mess like that, now can we?" With a quick wave of his wand, the fireplace started to piece itself back together again. Vernon let out a noise that sounded like a balloon deflating at the sight of the magic. Dudley was attempting to hid behind his mother, but was unsuccessful. There just was no way that the skinny woman could hid the whale she called a son.
Mr. Weasley turned to look at the trio with a look on his face that said that he was expecting praise for what he just did. But his face fell when he took a look at the Dursleys. He cleared his throat and started to speak.
"Well, erm, I suppose we will just be grabbing Aria then leaving I guess." He turned to Fred. "Would you mind fetching her trunk?"
Fred nodded and shared a look with his twin that screamed that they were up to something. Aria was slightly worried as she directed Fred to were the trunk was sitting. Fred disappeared for a moment then returned with it. He stepped towards the fireplace then had just started to shoot out green flames. "The Burrow!" He shouted, and after a wink to his brother, he disappeared into the flames.
Mr. Weasley motioned to Ron who had come to stand next to Aria. He had asked quietly how she was doing while Fred had went to grab her trunk. She had nodded to show that everything was fine and that she wasn't hurt or harmed at all. Every since the two years ago when he had to save her from her room where she had been locked and barred in, Ron had appointed himself as her protector. It was sweet really.
"Your turn Ron, and don't forget to keep your elbows in this time. Your mother doesn't want to heal another broken bone for you this summer." Mr. Weasley threw some more powder into the fireplace for Ron to step into, and within a few seconds, Ron had disappeared too. George was about to go next when some pieces of candy had slipped out of his pocket.
"Oops!" He said, sounding a little too innocent for Aria to believe. "Let me just grab those real quick." George scrambled to grab all the brightly colored taffys and shoved them back into his pocket. He winked at Aria, stepped into the flames and with a shout, spun out of sight.
Mr. Weasley brushed his hands together and turned to the Dursleys. "Well Aria will be leaving next, and from what I understand, She won't be coming back! So exciting for her, right?" He asked Vernon and Petunia. But when none of them answered, he frowned at them. "Are you not happy for her?"
Petunia, being the one who could never let her family look abnormal, stuttered out some lies about how they would miss Aria, and how they were happy she was moving out on her own. She was about to say something else, but the sound of choking interrupted her. Everyone in the room turned to look at Dudley, who had a large purple something coming out of his mouth. Aria scanned the space around him to see what he could be trying to eat, when she saw the wrapper sitting next to him. It looked like one of the candies that george had dropped. Slowly the pieces started to come together in her mind. It was a magical candy that had caused some kind of reaction to Dudley. And if she had to guess, by the way the purple thing was moving, and the spit covering it, it was Dudley's tongue. Aria almost keeled over trying not to laugh. She watched and Mr. Weasley, Vernon and Petunia and frantically surrounded the boy.
Mr. Weasley was trying to help Dudley, pulling out his wand and saying, "It must be an enlarging charm! My son, always a prankster! Don't worry, I can fix it up right away!" But at the sight of the wand, Vernon and Petunia started to freak out more and Dudley tried to scramble away. By this time, his tongue must have been at least 5 feet long.
Aria, not wanting to stick around any longer, grabbed a pinch of the Floo powder and threw it into the flames. She shouted out the burrow and stepped in. The last thing she saw was Mr. Weasley trying to get Dudley to hold still, while Vernon and Petunia tried to cover and hid him while crying. The room spun out of focus and the next thing she knew, she was lying flat on her face in a familiar, warm living room.
