The Princess Impostor
1. An Unexpected Visitor
"Oh my gosh! Everyone! Get this place ready, my sister is coming!"
"What are you talking about?"
Princess Peach started to panic as she swept the floor as fast as she could.
"What are you waiting for?! Come help!" she shouted.
* Ding-Dong! *
The doorbell rang and Toadsworth rushed to open it. The unexpected visitor rushed right in to the castle.
"Cherry! So good to see you again!" Peach said, with hidden disgust.
"It's great to see you too, sis!" replied the stranger.
"Everyone, this is my twin sister, Cherry." announced Peach.
Mario and Luigi, who came over to the castle earlier, introduced themselves to the dashing young lady.
"So, how do we tell you two apart?" asked Luigi.
"Oh, I have a birthmark on my ankle." answered Cherry.
"Now, who's ready for dinner?" shouted Toadsworth.
- MEANWHiLE. -
"Cherry, huh?"
Kammy Koopa, the Koopa King's trusted sidekick, waved her wand and closed a portal displaying the scene happening at the Mushroom Castle.
"A twin sister means double the Peach! I'll kidnap them both!" said Bowser. "Now, come on, Kammy! To the Mushroom Castle!"
- BACK AT THE MUSHROOM CASTLE. -
"Who wants desert?" Peach proposed.
Everyone at the table, Toad, Mario, Toadsworth, Luigi, Yoshi and Cherry, excitingly raised their hands and shouted "Me, me!!". Princess Toadstool headed to the kitchen to get a delightful chocolate cake.
"So, Cherry, where do you rule?" questioned Luigi.
"Oh, you see, I was never crowned princess anywhere. If I was going to be a princess, it would've been here, but Peach was chosen instead." responded Cherry, with a hint of jealousy. "I have to go to the bathroom, I'll be right back."

Peach opened the fridge and took out a marvelous cake.
"Hey there."
The princess swiftly turned around to find Bowser in her kitchen.
"What are you doing here?!" she shouted.
"Shush, just keep quiet." replied Bowser.
The monster grabbed her and flew off in his Koopa Clown Car. They were flying outside of the castle until a school of Fly Guys bumped into Bowser and Peach in the Clown Car, knocking Peach out of it and sending her flying into the castle mote. She hit her head hard on the wall and fainted, too.
Bowser flew down to search for her and when he found her, she wasn't breathing.

On her way back from the bathroom, Cherry went through the kitchen to see how Peach was doing. She saw that Peach was missing and noticed the cake on the floor, intact.
She exited the kitchen and headed into the dining room.
"Oh, hey, Peach. What took you so long?" asked Mario.
"Yeah, and where's Cherry? She went to the bathroom like ten minutes ago." Toad pointed out.
"Oh, Cherry had to go back home. She… got a call from one of her friends. It was a real emergency."
"So soon?" Toadsworth questioned.
"Yeah, but I'm sure you'll see her again someday." said the girl, with a strange smile on her face.
