Tommy Oliver sat on a chair, staring straight ahead. He wasn't looking at anything in particular; he was deep in thought. He was thinking of how his life came to be where it was now.

He was fifteen years old when he moved to Angel Grove with his adoptive parents. Within a month of living in Angel Grove, he was put under a spell by Rita and he carried out her orders to go against the Power Rangers. Fortunately for him, he caught the attention of a young Kimberly Hart who, along with the other rangers, helped him break the spell of being the evil Green Ranger.

From there, Jason Lee Scott, Kimberly Hart, Trini Kwan, Billy Cranston, and Zack Taylor forgave and accepted him into their close knit circle. Zordon then bestowed upon Tommy the power of the White Ranger.

By the next year, Jason, Trini, and Billy left for the Peace Conference and passed their powers onto to Aisha Campbell, Rocky Desantos, and Adam Park. The next to leave was Kim.

Tommy still felt a small ache in his heart whenever he thought of her. She was his first girlfriend, his first kiss, his first love. Kim left to pursue her dream of training for the Pan Globals in Florida. After a year of having a long distance relationship, Kim ended their relationship and broke his heart. Apparently, she found someone else and realized that she only regarded Tommy like a brother, adding insult to injury. It was enough to stop him from trying to win her back.

Then of course, there was Katherine Hillard, the one who Kim chose to take her spot as the Pink Ranger. She, too, was under one of Rita's evil spells and was initially sent to spy on the rangers. Of course, after certain events, Kat was able to break the spell and earn the trust of all the rangers again. Kat was the one who comforted Tommy after his and Kim's breakup. Their friendship soon turned into a relationship; a relationship that lasted only several months.

After passing on their powers to the new Turbo Rangers, Tommy and the others went separate ways to fulfill their college careers. Tommy ended up getting his doctorate in paleontology and was selected to accompany Anton Mercer on a dig, where he found the Dino Gems. One island explosion and one Red Ranger mission later, Tommy moved to Reefside and became…a science teacher.

From there, he met Kira Ford, Connor McKnight, Ethan James, and Trent Fernandez, who joined Tommy in forming the Dino Thunder Rangers. After a year of protecting Reefside from the evil Mesogog, they hung up their power drained morphers.

And now, a year after retiring from Dino Thunder and losing all five Dino Gems, Tommy was left with another mission: to get the former rangers to Reefside. Sure, it sounded simple enough, yet it was the hardest thing for Tommy to do. He wanted to get his friends to Reefside without too many questions asked and without arising suspicion. He knew for a fact Jason would know something was up, so Tommy already knew to save him for last. Tommy sighed.

"Eeny, meeny, miny, moe it is," Tommy said.
