In this one shot Chip helps a very young child after he had become separated from his parents. I do not own Power Rangers all rights go to Saban. I just thought this fluff piece would be cute and keep reading to find out who the young child is…..
The sun was high in a cloudless blue sky, Chip was lost in thought it had only been a short time since he, Maddie, Xander, Nick and Vida had all accepted the mantel of the Mystic Force Power Rangers. When a quite whimper got his attention. Chip found a small boy, it was clear that he got separated from his parents or maybe could have wondered off. The toddler had brown eyes and had a head of thick brown hair. His hands were encased in gloves, Chip raised an eyebrow at this it was in the middle of summer.
"Hey little guy, it's ok you're safe now." He said as he picked up the toddler. He looked no older than about two maybe three at a push. Chip made sure that the young child was ok before carrying the child to the command centre in Rootcore for his protection. Udonna helped him clean up the boy while finding fresh clothing for him. Once he was in them, Chip then took him back to Briarwood looking for the child's parents. In the distance were two people looking for someone they were too far for Chip to hear what they were saying Chip got closer.
"Where could you have gone to?" The woman had seen Chip carrying the child. With a gasp she ran to Chip lifting her arms, reaching for her son. The baby smiled coyly, his mum told him off for walking off. He looked upset at being told off. Chip had carefully tickled the young child. The toddler squirmed and shrieked with delight.
"Ok, young man let's get you inside, you must be hungry. Ok say thank you to nice man for bringing you home safe."
"Tank you." He said.
"Don't worry about it."
The weather began taking a turn for the worst as black heavy clouds began to gather. As again his mother called for him.
"Come on let's get in before the heavens open." Thunder rumbles not far off. "Bridge Carson. Do as I say."
With a look that said otherwise Bridge follows his mother into the house and just before the door is shut, Mrs Carson looks at Chip and says.
"You best head home you don't wanna catch your death of cold Chip." With that she shuts the door. Chip hurries though the city, he gets home just before the clouds release the heavy rain.
Well I hope that you enjoyed that short one shot story. I just thought that since we don't know anything about Bridge's early years I just thought that have this fluffy one shot between the talkers of Mystic Force and the future Green S.P.D Ranger would be cute as I thought that during the episode "Ranger Down" that a young Bridge Carson or young Sky Tate would have made a better cameo so I came up with this one shot.
