"You can all go home now," Iruka said opening the classroom door. The group of kids yelled with excitement and happiness. The school day was over. Arayawaved goodbye to her friend Destiny, then they both went their separate ways. Araya lived in the Uchiha village and Destiny lived in the Hyuuga compound.
They had been friends since the first day of school. Araya looked up into the sky, it was abnormally dark. Suddenly Araya was pushed from behind, when she turned she saw the 'perfect' Uchiha boy.

"Sasuke!" Araya growled standing up. Sasuke gave Araya his evil smirk and continued on his way. Araya sighed and continued her long walk home. As she walked she noticed that no one was out in the street. It was silent: because of the time the lights should have been on. A kuni flew past Araya's face. She froze, a man fell dead next to her. He had been hiding. She looked at who had thrown the kuni, the dark figure was crouched on the roof of a building down the street. She knew that face very well "Itachi?" Araya looked at the man next to her. He was unarmed and had a fearful expression. The kuni had hit him in the neck. When Araya looked back at Itachi, he was gone, she cocked her head.

"Araya!" When turned around to see her older brother, Azash. Next to him was Meko, her mom's dog. Azash grabbed Araya's wrist and began dragging her down the street. "We have to get out of here!" He said. "Meko where's mom?"

"The north part of town." The dog answered. Azash swung Araya around so that she was on his back. His pace quickened. As they jumped from rooftop to rooftop Araya saw dead bodies down below. A cod wind blew across and the smell of death was everywhere.

"Where's dad?" Azash asked.

"On a mission." Kiye answered hugging Araya close to her.

"Great!" Azash growled in anger. Suddenly Itachi came running around the corner of a far off building. "Crap!" Azash said. "Get out of here!"

"Wait, where are Odd and Orrick?" Araya asked.

"No time for questions, let's go!" Azash yelled dragging Araya. "Mom take her, I'll stall him!" Azash stopped and turned around. "Shadow clone jutsu!"

Araya pulled free of her mother's grip. "Azash!" She ran up to him. He knelt down and they hugged one another. He took off his necklace and handed it to her.

"Now I give you mine just as you gave me yours, Don't forget your older brother." Then a clone grabbed Araya's wrist and pulled her away to Kiye. She took Araya and ran.

"Azash!" Araya yelled. He turned, giving her the same gentle expression he always did. Then he turned back to face Itachi. Araya's vision was interrupted but the branches of trees as her mother fled into the forest, meeting up with Odd and Orrick.
