Author's Note: This is my first Fullmetal Alchemist story! So please be nice, I hope I could get a couple of votes :)
Lu-Fang Yao, more known as 'Prince Lu' or 'The Future Emperor of Xing', He is lucky that he doesn't have 42 siblings like his father. Lu is a fighter, not a prince; Nobody couldn't change his mind about that. He was just like his mother, strong and intelligent, he tries his best to be the 'great' Xingese prince everyone wants but he feels like he is failing everyone...I mean he is only 10 years old? Unlike his (annoying) cousin, Mayleen Elric, he is not careful with his ranks, Mayleen on the other hand is proud to be the heiress for the Chang clan even though she is an Elric after all.
Speaking of Lu, his youngest brother Lan Fu is quite a eater. Lu-Fang has his mother's aspects while Lan Fu has his father's aspects, Lan Fu isn't a prince nor soldier type guy he wants to be an ordinary kid. Lan Fu is a survivor although...he survived Supraventricular tachycardia, it's a illness that gives people who has the sickness abnormally rapid heart rhythm. Lan Fu could get a heart attack at anytime of the day, so the guards keep a close eye on him since dad is too busy to kept an eye on his own son.
He does have a 8 month old sister named Lin Yao, but she is currently sleeping in her estate of age.
"Lu-Fang?" called Lan Fan, the Empress of Xing, as well as the mother of Lan Fu and Lu-Fang. She smiled when she saw Lu-Fang bounce on top of the bed frame, the small boy was almost on the bed. He looked at his father, who was sleeping peacefully, laying there next to his mum. "Would you like to come up?"
Lu-Fang then nodded at his mother, he jumped down from his spot worrying his mother. He walked next to his father side of the bed while Lan Fu was just sitting in the middle between Lan Fan and Ling but Lu-Fang wanted to do something else; He decided that he would jump on top of his father, after that jump Ling wheezed in pain. Lu laughed at his father's reaction, Ling then groaned while trying to rub his headache away.
"Lu-Fang!" yelled Ling, Lu then crawled next to his mother in fear. Lan Fan looked at her son vividly while Ling was still in pain, Ling then get out of bed and waltz to his shared bathroom. Lan Fan heard the groans of pain coming from Ling's tired voice, then a sigh of stress was heard which questioned Lan Fan even more. "Lanny, We're taking the kids to central."
"Central?" questioned Lu, Lan Fu was excited while Lin babbled in her sleep. "You meant the time where you and mummy made babies while I was sick?"
Lan Fan and Ling both blushed at their son's question, it was like he was a quirky genius or something like that? Lan Fu ran off the bed after pecking his younger sister onto the cheek, which made Lan Fan smile. Lin started to babble again, spit and drool leaked from her small mouth as Lan Fan then groaned knowing her children are young and her husband is going to take a 2 hour shower.
A Few Hours Later:
Lan Fan finally cleaned up her daughter, awaited for her two sons to get packed for Central, as for her husband he planning out reservations for something (probably between herself and him) in the bathroom. She first contacted Riza and Winry along with Mei just cause sister in laws should stick together; Anyways Riza offered her family a couple of rooms inside their house, Roy was completely fine with the Yao family coming in for a couple of days. Lan Fan heard about Riza's daughter, Elizabeth, and couldn't wait to meet her; Lu probably met the female Mustang but Lan Fan wanted to reassure that.
Ling got out of the bathroom (sighed, finally) and Lan Fan looked at him blushing, she always forget that they are married, probably still have memories of the golden days when she worked for Ling not have babies with him either way both was a honored dream coming true for the Lan Fan Chen-Yao. The two Xingese parents made sure they're children was properly dressed, Lan Fan dressed up her daughter while Ling helped his youngest son get into some of his clothes.
Lin wore a dress that had a pink bow and plaid skirting connected to it, the baby girl was giggling with pride and/or happiness. Lan Fan was happy that Lin didn't ruin this dress. Ling smiled as Lan Fan happily gave their daughter onto his arms, he cradled his daughter to sleep while Lan Fan started to get dress.
Ling whistled at the sight of his wife, Lan Fan blushed even harder. Lin grabbed Ling's hair as he grunted of joyous pain; Lan Fan then finished getting dress and walked closer to her husband and her daughter, the jet-black haired woman kissed her daughter on the cheek and kissed Ling on the lips, passionately but calm.
"Ew!" whined Lan Fu, he covered his eyes and pretended to gag vigorously. Lu rolled his eyes at the six year old male, his parents took amusement from this advantage.
"Fu, you'll understand when you get older." said Lan Fan with a smirk, Ling laughed a little but sat Lin down onto the bed. Then Ling said "Yeah? Mature people does this all the time."
"Really?" asked Lan Fu "Isn't that gross?"
"Well adults need to express their love to each other" said Ling with a shrug "How else are we suppose to say 'I love you'? Without actually saying it."
"Oh!" said Lan Fu "Now I understand!"
"That's my boy!" said Ling with a wink
Time Skip - Central City
"Lan Fan?" said Winry covering eyes from the sun "Is that really you?"
"The one and only" said Lan Fan "Lan Fan Chen-Yao"
"Wait a minute?" paused Edward as he got in between Lan Fan and Winry's chat "Your last name is 'Chen'?"
"Yeah...why?" said Lan Fan
"I thought 'Fan' was your last name?" asked sweetly Alphonse
"Why would you two think that?" asked Ling with crossed arms against his chest "Why would everyone say her full name out for?"
"Jeez I'm sorry" said Edward before bowing down and ..."Your Highness..."
"Hey mama" called Trisha-Sarah Elric, the youngest daughter of Edward Elric "Could we play with the baby?"
"I don't know?" said Winry looking up to the blue skies while her daughter and Izumi's daughter (who was much older than Trisha) Fleur Curtis awaited an answer
Lan Fan smiled at the two small girls in front of her, then looked at Winry who was confused at one point and said "It's fine Winry, Lin needs to meet some new people."
"Hmm" said Winry still looking up "Okay, but please girls; Be careful."
"Okay mummy!" yelled happily Trisha-Sarah Elric "I wuv you!"
"Mummy, wuvs you too, Trisha" said Winry as she saw her daughter skip around, Lan Fan laughed at Winry while the blonde haired woman blushes
"Mum?" called Logan Elric, the oldest child of Edward Elric "Who is that?"
Logan pointed at Lu-Fang Yao, Lu stood up and walked towards the boy and shook his hand to say "The name's Lu-Fang Yao..."
"Cool" said Logan as he continued to shake Lu's hand, Lu then continued to walk around Central and felt a simple tug on his jacket. It was Fu, he pointed to a girl who was crying on the floor; Papers flooded onto the floor and muddy footprints on top of it.
"Hey!" yelled Lu as he ran to the browned hair girl who was puddled on the floor crying, she then looked up to the Xingese boy and tried to wipe away her tears. "Are you okay? What's your name?"
The brunette kid who looks like she is seven years old looked up after her tiny sniffles and wiping away of tears, "I'm Ryland Havoc" said Ryland
"What in the world happened to you?" asked Lu with a sadden look in his onyx eyes, he then bend down on his knees to help pick up some of the papers. She looks at him in shock as he turned to look at her face "What's wrong?"
"No one has ever been this nice to me" said Ryland with a chuckle, Lu smiled as he placed her papers into the folder. "Erm...these kids just love bothering me...they are 2 grades older then me"
"Like they are in sixth grade?" asked Lu as Ryland nodded to him, he growled then sat back next to Ryland. "I hate them already."
Ryland smiled as she stood up and grabbed Lu's hand, Lu looked up at her and blushed; She started to walk to where she had sight of her mum and dad "Hey mum! Dad!" shouted Ryland, Lu then looked at her crazily but shrugged it off.
"Ryland?" questioned Rebecca, she saw a boy next to her daughter. Rebecca started to fangirl, "Oh my goodness! Ryland? Is that your boyfriend?"
"What?" said a confused Ryland, then she turned to the Xingese male who was now blushing "No way! Mum, we just met!"
"Okay dear" said Rebecca, she turned back to the grill to continue cooking. Then Ryland's father come by with a blonde hair woman
"Is your parents broken up?" asked Lu, Ryland then looked at Lu strangely then was in utter madness towards Lu
"No!" protested Ryland "That's my father's colleague"
"Oh..." said Lu "By the way, is that Riza Hawkeye?"
"Hmm" said Ryland "How did you know that?"
"Figures" said Lu with a small shrug as he walked up to Riza shyly
"Oh hey, Lu-Fang" waved Riza with a smile "How are ya?"
"Hello Ma'am" said Lu "I'm good"
Riza smiled at the Xingese boy, she looked a few feet diagnolly across from Lu-Fang and saw the Yao family. Riza started to walk towards Ling and Lan Fan, Lu stood with Ryland before his departure from her. Lin babbled happily when she saw Riza, it looks like she admires the blonde haired sniper; Riza looked at the baby who was babbling and cooing towards her as she held her close.
"You guys have a lot of kids?" said Riza with a smirk "Don't ya?"
This caused Lan Fan to blush crimson red, while Ling smiled and said a statement which made Lan Fan's issue much worse. "I'm sorry Mrs. Mustang" said Ling "I'm just very good at what I do."
Lan Fan covered her face from the embarrassment she was receiving from the children's stares, Trisha smiled happily as she said "It's okay, Mrs. Yao!"
"God I hate how idiotic husbands could be" said Winry with a smirk "Am I right girls?"
"You said it" nodded Riza with a smirk
"Heh" chuckled Izumi "I mean I really do love Sig but sometimes some of us needs a break"
After Izumi's comment, all of the wives/mothers started to laugh hysterically while Ed growled in embarrassment. Then a short petite girl with blonde hair and black eyes walked behind her mother and hid away from all the other kids.
"Hey!" said Abigail Elric with a smile, the young girl hid behind her mother again as she was startled by the female Elric's words. Abigail felt bad she was about to cry about scaring a girl that she wanted to be friends with, but then Winry smiled at Abigail and tilted her head towards Riza and her daughter. "Do you want to play with us?"
The small blonde hair girl pointed towards herself in utter shock, Abigail smiled with a nod while mouthing 'Yeah' to the girl.
"Sure!" said happily the blonde haired Mustang "My name is Elizabeth! What's yours?"
"I'm Abigail Elric" said Abigail with a smile "Oh hey have you met that Xingese boy over there? I think he's kind of cute."
Ling laughed at the comment while smirking, Lan Fan just rolled her onyx eyes playfully at the sight of her husband's laugh. Elizabeth blushed at the comment and then Abigail along with Riza pulled Elizabeth gently to go introduce herself to the boy.
"No wait!" shouted Elizabeth blushing
"Eliza" said Riza "You know he is going to be staying with us for a couple of days, right?"
Elizabeth widened her black eyes in shock, A boy in her house?
"Okay fine" grunted Elizabeth, she walked to the Xingese boy and he turned to see her face.
Lu-Fang Yao, thought Elizabeth was one of the most prettiest girls he has ever seen. Yeah Ryland was okay-looking but Elizabeth was something else...even though she's eight and he is ten.
"Hello" stuttered Lu, he smiled as he finally got confident towards the Mustang girl.
"Hey" said Elizabeth calmly with a smile, she saw his face and he look most like his mother then his father. He has his father's ponytail but everything else belonged to Lu-Fang's mother, "Kudos on the both of them creating a cool baby like him" thought Elizabeth
"I'm Lu-Fang Yao" said Lu with a smile and a blush
"I'm Elizabeth Mustang" said Elizabeth with a smile, the two stared at each other for a while until Ryland interrupted
"Um...should I go?" asked Ryland as Elizabeth stared at her
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry!" said Elizabeth "Riley? I never knew you had a boyfriend?"
"No!" said Riley "I don't like him! He more like a friend than boyfriend material, you could have him!"
Lu-Fang blushed at the comment then Elizabeth chuckled a little and said "Maybe I will, and it's nice to meet you Lu."
Author's Note: Hope you enjoy! I never see a lot of Lan Fan and Riza interactions so I decided to do this story!
