A Heart to Give:
One-Shot, Dyson and Tamsin find themselves in a romantic situation at the Dal, but what is really going through their minds?
Note: I'm not entirely sure about the new no MA bull for the site so this one is smut free until further notice, it has intense feels though and could be continued once smut is returned.
Dyson sat alone at the bar, pouring himself a line of shots. Throwing each one back, every time the liquid burned his throat he could feel his senses blurring. His thoughts finally turned from the succubus, from his lost love. The VooDoo priestess' words rang in his ears with her thick southern accent "I know you've felt that crazy kind of love wolf, I've seen into your animal heart, but when are you goin' see its prison is wholly of your own making?" The words cut through him. What did they mean?
Just before his thoughts went into a deeper spiral of despair, Tamsin walked in. He looked at her and nodded, a silent hello. He threw back another shot and poured more into the glasses that sat before him.
Tamsin could see Dyson's distress. She knew exactly how he felt. They were in the same position. They both loved the same woman, and she had frozen them out for a man no one knew. "How are you doing there champ?"
"I haven't felt this alone in centuries." He takes another shot "feels good." The sarcasm was thick in his voice, but he wasn't even trying to hide the pain that coated his words. She could feel it radiating from his entire body. She could feel it in herself. What had Bo done to them? Before she had met the succubus she was strong, a warrior. She wondered if Dyson had been the same way. She glanced to her partner, drowning in his misery. Then she grabbed one of the shots in front of him and downed it.
"Do you remember that first day we met, at the boxing ring?" She was feeling nostalgic and for some reason she had the urge to comfort the wolf.
"I remember taking some shots on the mouth yeah."He almost seemed to smile at the memory, of a time when life was simpler.
She looked down in silent reverie, a thought came to mind. It was almost comical at this point. She let out a lighthearted chuckle as she said "That's not all I did to that mouth." The eyed each other. Their gaze was intense. Neither gave way to the other, so that they sat there staring into each other's eyes. Still holding him in her sight, Tamsin moved. She put one leg on either side of him, straddling him on the bar stool.
Dyson lost his nerve and pulled his gaze from hers. "Tamsin I can't even think straight right now-"
"Stop thinking. You're always thinking." She kissed him. "come on." She begged him, hoping they could find some comfort in each other. Then she kissed him again. "come on" She said again, her voice fading with each declaration. She placed another deep kiss to his lips. "come on" it came out as barely a whisper. He pulled her closer finally losing control. Falling into her madness. Because that is what this was, it was pure madness. Two people coming together because of their pain. Falling into each other's arms for comfort, desperately needed.
Desperation turned to lust, and lust turned to passion. They soon found themselves caught in a whirlwind of emotions, focusing only on their needs they spent the night wrapped in one another's embrace. They expected nothing from each other but their physical release. Touching, feeling, and tasting; everything else faded away. They would deal with tomorrow when it came.
