"Hn…" The Cerulean male mumbled as he made a move to roll over in bed, but was met by some resistance, his eyes slowly fluttered open as annoyance rushed through him. He was about to kill what ever was keeping him from getting comfortable, but just as soon as he head looked down at his stomach…he stilled, a light flush creeping along his cheeks.

His twins arm lay draped over Vergil's stomach, his fingers tightly gripping the bone on his hip. It wasn't uncomfortable… per say…it just wasn't conducive to getting a restful nights sleep. He knew better then yank himself out of his twins grip…he'd learned that lesson when they were children. It was not safe nor was it smart. He had the scars to prove it.

So he merely laid there, allowing his twin to snuggle closer to him, the flush on his cheeks turning a light red when he felt Dante bury his face against his back, his hot breath causing Vergil's skin to goose bump. He shook his head, before looking over his shoulder at Dante, seeing how peaceful he seemed to be sleeping. It reminded him of when they were children. How Dante would crawl into his bed whenever he couldn't sleep…during a thunderstorm…or just because he could.

But after laying in bed for a half an hour, listening to his twins breathing, feeling him shift his weight, pulling back a few only to snuggle closer and nuzzle his stubbly cheek against Vergil's back. Causing him to gasp before growling lightly.

'How tiresome…even as an adult you're a troublesome sleeper.' He thought, arching an eyebrow as he made a move to sit up, but decided against it, merely slipping his hand behind him, lightly rubbing at his twins stomach, just enough to get Dante to unwrap his arm from around his twin to swat at whatever was tickling his stomach. Vergil took his chance, easily slipping out of bed, replacing his body with a pillow between Dante's arms. Suddenly thankful he slipped free when feathers exploded from the pillow as he tightened his hold.

'I am thankful to have thought of that when I did.' Vergil visibly shuddered, before smiling down at his twin, when he saw him groan, rolling onto his stomach as he buried his face into his pillow. Vergil tilted his head, looking down at Dante's back, seeing the muscles shifting under the skin. His brother really was a marvel to look upon. Looking down at his his body, oddly comparing his body to Dante's. Vergil noted that his body wasn't as muscled…not by comparison. Dante's was far more masculine…while Vergil's…was athletic. Not that he minded, he liked his body how it was. But why was he comparing his to his brothers? Perhaps it was due to the fact that they were twins and both of them had always striven to look like each other.

Vergil smiled, leaning down on the bed, he ran his hand through his twins hair, just before kissing him lightly on the cheek. "Rest well brother." With that, he pulled the sheet up around his twins body, and slipped on a t-shirt.

Slipping out of the room, he peaked out into the hallway, arching an eyebrow, he then shrugged, making his way downstairs with a yawn. He was actually feeling much better having sweated out his fever. After all sleeping next to his brother was like sleeping next to a volcano. Not something that was wise but his body could withstand such temperatures…no matter how dizzy he got.

"Time to make breakfast." He smiled as he strode into the kitchen.
