Summer of Love

A/N: Ok, so this is the VERY first fanfic I've ever written, so please review it! :]]
Chapter 1
Andy's POV
"Mom, I promise I'll be fine. I'll only be gone for a few months. I'll call every day, I promise. Stop worrying so much." I told my mom for the millionth time.
"I know you will Andy. It's just, you'll be so far away, and for 3 months!"
"Mom, trust me, you will be just fine without me. Hang out with your new boyfriend Chris or whatever his name is. He'll be there to keep you company."
"Yeah, but he won't be you."
"Mother! We already talked about this many times before. It's too late now, my plane takes off in 10 minutes, I have got to get going." I secretly think this was her plan, keep talking to me so I could miss my flight.
"You better not forget to call."
"I won't mom."
"Alright then. Give me a hug." I hugged my mom for the last time for the next 3 months.
"I love you mom, see you in 3 months." I told her releasing her from the hug.
"Love you too sweetie. Have fun and be polite." I gave her the "What are you talking about?" look.
"I'm always polite mom."
"Well, I know, but you know what I mean."
"Yeah I know. Ok mom, I got to get going before the plane leaves me."
"Alright, bye Andy, love you."
"Love you too mom" I called back to her.
I gave the lady at the desk my ticket and she told to have a good flight and all that good stuff.
I turned back one last time and blew my mom a kiss and waved goodbye to her.
All of a sudden, I started to get really nervous as I boarded the plane.
I was going to be staying with a family I didn't even know for 3 months.
Well, I mean I know them, but I don't know them know them.
I met this girl named Jazzie on this chat room for kids that want to stay with a family in another country for a couple of months.
She seems like a nice girl, we've been talking for over a year, and she's only a year younger than me.
Well, she lives in Corringham, Essex with her mom, & older brother.
So, here I am on my way to England for my summer vacation! I've been waiting to go there for the longest.
I'm really excited, but also really nervous. I hope her mom and brother are as nice as she is.
Well, I've got a long flight ahead of me, so I guess I'll just listen to my Ipod and take a nap, hopefully that will make the flight go by faster.
