If World War One Was a Bar Fight

Ludwig, Roderich and the Italy brothers are standing together in the middle of a pub when Serbia bumps into Roderich and spills Roderich's pint.
Roderich demands Serbia buy him a complete new suit because there are splashes on his trouser leg.
Ludwig expresses his support for Roderich's point of view.
Arthur recommends that everyone calm down a bit.
Serbia points out that he can't afford a whole suit, but offers to pay for the cleaning of Roderich's trousers.
Ivan and Serbia look at Roderich.
Roderich asks Serbia who he's looking at.
Ivan suggests that Roderich should leave his little brother alone.
Roderich inquires as to whose army will assist Ivan in compelling him to do so. Ludwig appeals to Arthur that Francis has been looking at the argument, and that this is sufficiently out of order that Arthur should not intervene.
Arthur replies that Francis can look at whoever he wants to, that Arthur is looking at Ludwig too, and what is Ludwig going to do about it?
Ludwig tells Russia to stop looking at Roderich, or Ludwig will render Russia incapable of such action.
Britain and Francis ask Ludwig whether it's looking at Belgium.
Sadık and Ludwig go off into a corner and whisper. When they come back, Sadık makes a show of not looking at anyone.
Ludwig rolls up its sleeves, looks at Francis, and punches Belgium.
Francis and Arthur punch Ludwig. Roderich punches Ivan. Ludwig punches Arthur and Francis with one hand and Ivan with the other.
Ivan throws a punch at Ludwig, but misses and nearly falls over. Kiku calls over from the other side of the room that it's on Arthur's side, but stays there. Romano surprises everyone by punching Roderich, unfortunately nobody was sober enough to realize it was Romano and not Feliciano.
Australia punches Sadık, and gets punched back. There are no hard feelings because Arthur made Australia do it.
Francis gets thrown through a plate glass window, but gets back up and carry on fighting. Ivan gets thrown through another one, gets knocked out, suffers brain damage, and wakes up with a complete personality change.
Romano throws a punch at Roderich and misses, but Roderich falls over anyway. Feliciano raises both fists in the air and runs round the room chanting something about pasta being the most wonderful food in the world.
Alfred waits till Ludwig is about to fall over from sustained punching from Arthur and Francis, then walks over and smashes him with a barstool, then pretends he won the fight all by himself.
By now all the chairs are broken and the big mirror over the bar is shattered. Arthur, Francis and Alfred agree that Ludwig threw the first punch, so the whole thing is Ludwig's fault. While Ludwig is still unconscious, they go through his pockets, steal his wallet, and buy drinks for all their friends.
