This one came to be, because I think Fai irritated is kinda adorable xD PFFFTT- I was re-reading Tsubasa and I was looking at the scene where they were in the Hanshin Republic and the there got separated from Mokona xDDD Their faces were so cute xD Especially Syaoran who was ÓAÒ PFFFTTT- But yeah, in the anime Fai was smiling the whole time, but here he had this irritated look while poking at his ears xD And well, Kuro-puu was pretty angry. WARNING: Fai is a bit ooc in this one. =w= Enjoy
"Dammit!"
Kurogane looked lazily at the blonde who was wearing a frown, rather than his usual smile. That word seemed to sound foreign, coming out of the blonde's mouth.
It amused Kurogane.
The blonde had been sitting on the ground, trying to solve some puzzle in this book they found while looking around the apartment they were staying in.
The blonde was deep in thought. Cerulean eyes focused on the puzzle. Teeth chewing on the end of the pencil.
"Goddammit I can't figure this stupid thing out!" Fai finally cracked, receiving a smirk from the ninja, who was sitting on a couch.
It truly was amusing tothe ninja.
Soon, another body entered the room.
"I-I heard yelling! Is everything alright? Kurogane-san? Fai-san?" It was Syaoran.
Fai wasn't paying attention, so Kurogane answered.
"It him." he pointed at Fai. "He's been solving some puzzle called 'Sudoku' for the longest time." he explained.
Syaoran looked at his blonde companion, who was still engrossed in his puzzle.
"Have you been watching him this whole time?" he asked, a bit curious. Maybe he could help Fai, he was pretty good when it came to puzzles.
The ninja nodded. "It's more interesting than you think." he said patting the seat next to him, inviting the brunette to watch.
Syaoran, a bit unsure, came and sat down, watching Fai.
It was quiet for a moment, and then there was a snap.
The two looked over at Fai.
His pencil broke.
"Are you fucking serious? And I almost had it too!" the blonde yelled angrily.
Syaoran flinched, as he had never seen the blonde so angry, while Kurogane had to hold himself back from laughing.
"Uh-oh! Fai-mommy is angry, angry, angry!" This time, Kurogane flinched, only now noticing that Syaoran was holding the cream puff in his arms.
"You brought the white manjuu here too?"
"Uh- he was w-with me already a-and-"
"Mokona isn't a 'while manjuu' Mokona is Mokona!"
"I don't care, dammit!"
"Kuro-daddy is so mean!"
"Uh..guys!"
"Ahem-" a voiced coughed.
Everyone turned to the blonde. His face was flushed with embarrassment. Something else the three- er two guys and one 'thing' hadn't seen.
"Ah! I'm sorry you had to see that!~ You see, this puzzle was really getting on my nerves and well...I guess I ended up losing it!~" the blonde laughed nervously.
"Ah! It's okay, Fai-san! I understand. It was wrong of us to just sit there and watch. Please forgive us." Syaoran apologized. Fai's outburst really did scare him. "If you don't mind, may I see the puzzle?" he asked.
Kurogane raised an eyebrow.
"Of course, Syaoran-kun!~" the blonde chirped, handing the younger boy the puzzle.
Syaoran studied the puzzle as the mage and the ninja watched. By then Mokona had started singing a song about how smart Syaoran was.
"Oh. You just have to switch around a couple of numbers...Mmm and you should add a five here." Syaoran started to explain.
After a while later, Syaoran solved the puzzle. Fai and Mokona cheered for the brunette causing him to blush. Soon he went off for bed with Mokona. It was starting to get late after all.
Fai went to sit on the couch next to Kurogane. He rubbed his temples and sighed.
"Jeez. That's all I had to do? Nee, Kuro-pon! Why didn't you help me?" he whined.
Kurogane looked at the blonde.
"Cause your irritated face was cute."
