SonAmy: Sick Day
At Amy Rose's house
Sonic blue hedgehog was in Amy's bed, coughing terribly. His coughing sounded like he has mucus stuck in his chest. With a raspy coughing. He got sick from sleeping on the roof every night, and it wasn't such a good idea to sleep outside in this cold night. Amy tried to warn him, but he didn't listen. And right now, she should have listened to Amy.
"*cough* *cough*" Sonic coughing too hard. He moans sluggishly. Just then, the pink hedgehog opens the door with a cold medicine in her hand. Also the glass of water and spoon.
"How you feeling Sonic?" Amy asked sweetly.
"Not well. What is wrong with me?" Sonic said with a dry raspy voice. He groans grumpily and puts a pillow over his head. He hates being sick, and he wants to go outside and run around. But right now, he can't. Because it will make him more sick.
Amy walks up to him and puts the glass of water, spoon and medicine on the table that is next to the bed. Amy sat beside her bed and rubs his back to soothe him. He groans when he felt her hand on his back. She could tell that Sonic was VERY tense; so she continues on rubbing his back and his two blade-spike shoulders. Two minutes; she was done. She lifts up the pillow off his head; she then lifts up his head and gently sets his head on the pillow. He then coughs again.
"Don't worry, Sonic. Your medicine is here to help you" Amy said as she pours the purple liquid medicine on the spoon. Sonic really hates the taste of medicine, but he'll have to take it if he wants to get better.
"Why do I have to taste this disgusting medicine? It tastes like barf" Sonic moans in complain.
"You just have to get used to it, silly. Now open up" Amy said; Sonic groans in annoyance, but did what he was told. Once he swallows it, Amy gives him the glass of water. Then gives the empty glass back to her.
"I hope this medicine works fast, I want to go outside and run around. But I can't, because I have a disease inside me that's making me cough" Sonic said sarcastically.
"Oh Sonic. You're not going to die. All you have to do is stay in bed, and rest. I'm here for you, to take care of you" Amy said sweetly as she pets his quills to settle him down.
"More like babysitting" Sonic said sarcastically again.
"Oh stop it. You'll get better soon" Amy continues petting his quills.
"But Amy, what about Eggman? You know how he shows up his face and do bad things in Station Square" Sonic complained.
"Don't worry. Shadow, Knuckles and the others got that taken care of" Amy said. Sonic sighs in defeat. Amy was about to leave but Sonic grabbed her arm.
"What's wrong Sonic?"
"Don't leave me, I feel so alone" Sonic said with pleading eyes.
"Do you want me to stay here with you?" Amy said sweetly. Sonic nods.
"Okay!" Amy squeals in excitement; she kicked off her boots and gets in the blanket covers with Sonic. He then rested his head on Amy's chest.
"Amy I don't know why I want you, but I feel happy. I don't know what's wrong with me" Sonic snuggles.
"That's normal, silly. You needed comfort" Amy pets his soft quills.
"Really? But I don't want you to get sick too" Sonic said in concern.
"Don't worry about that. I'm here to take care of you. Just go to sleep, I'm here" Amy said as she pets his quills to help him relax. Sonic eyes were closed, he then purrs happily. He likes it when Amy pets his quills. This made his tail wag. Amy heard him purring and his tail wagging on the bed, she smiles cutely. Sonic snuggles on Amy, it felt so warm and comfortable. Amy kissed his forehead and then goes to sleep.
