My dream had been killing me of late. The scenery would switch, but the message was always the same; I was missing you desperately.
My hands are searching for you

I was jerked awake to the sun rising; shining through my windowpane. I gasp and sit straight up. My hands fly to my throat and chest. That dream was the most intense of all. It felt like my love was actually with me.
The fire rinsing through my being

As my eyes slowly adjust to the early morning light, I glance around my dimly lit room. I gasp again. As if my love never left me, I spot them sitting on the floor by the head of my bed.
