Finding Luc Hemmingway
Chapter one.
'Eddi, Eddi! Open the bloody door now!' Melody said banging against the old glass front door of Eddi's apartment 'Alright I am coming!' shouted Eddi's voice from inside 'what do you want?' asked Eddi from behind the door 'it's me' Melody shouted through the wood. 'Yes I know…' Eddi said opening the door '…what do you want?' Eddi continued. Melody rolled her emerald eyes 'erm, you know why I'm here work experience, remember?' Melody said matter of factley. Eddi shut the door behind her walking into the damp and dreary street 'you are the most annoying little sister ever' she said poking Melody 'come on, I don't want to be late for Hansen' Melody complained 'right yeah about him, its important to remember he's a little… yano edgy so, don't get on the wrong side of him' Eddi said seriously 'yeah okay whatever' melody said rolling her eyes once again.
Walking up towards the front desk Melody notice the dark and dreary atmosphere of the hospital 'Melody McKee…' Melody stated 'I am here for work experience as Mr Hansen's Personal assistant' the woman at the desk turned to look at the man beside her who was tall and large with greying hair, but a kind smile 'Sacha? You're going towards Mr Hanson's office right? Could you take Miss McKee there? The lady with the circular glasses smiled 'sure, come on kid' Sacha smiled.
'So you're related to Eddi?' Sacha asked on the way up to Mr Hansen's office in the lift 'Sister' Melody coughed 'I am Melody' she said smiling 'Sacha' Sacha replied 'I am friends with Eddi and her boyfriend Luc', 'Luc' Melody asked 'you haven't met him yet? I think he's been ill for the last couple weeks haven seen him around if I am honest' Sacha replied looking confused 'no I haven't sorry' Just then the lift dinged and Melody found herself at Mr Hansen's door.
Her soft hand reached up and knocked against the deep mahogany 'Come in' said a voice that sounded dark and bitter 'Ah Miss McKee, come in and do sit down' Said Mr Hanson as Melody walked through his office and sat down 'It's a pleasure to meet you Mr Hanson' said Melody smiling 'Ah, as it is you Miss McKee' he said
'Please, call me melody, Miss McKee makes me sound like Eddi' Melody laughed
'Oh yes, Nurse McKee is your sister' Hanson said in realisation 'well, duh' Melody laughed but Hanson just sat there stone face 'well, hey I guess your not the joking type ' Melody said awkwardly looking round the office and twiddling her hair, suddenly something happened that Melody had not expected, Mr Hanson burst out laughing 'erm… are you okay?' Melody said wide eyed 'yes ha-ha it was just your face Melody' Hanson said laughing still 'well okay, who needs coffee I'll get coffee' Melody smiled walking out of the office in search of the great coffee 'MAKE MINE BLACK TWO SUGER' Hanson shouted from his office 'ok!' melody replied, cheery.
Melody leaned back against the plaster wall 'Hey Liam, it's me…what do you know about Luc Hemmingway?'
Okay so that's the start hope its not too confusing or whatever but whey! Sorry about spelling mistakes and stuff it was written quite quickly because I have biology homework, sorry!
