But soon, Dragoon and Hydra became ill-intentioned toward their older sibling. They positively despised him, more than they hated each other. They quickly attacked their brother, working as a team for the first time.
And what a team they were. Not even Titan could stop them. Meteors fell. Buildings were ablaze. Cars' engines went out of control. Alien UFOs were warped into the city.
At long last, after a war that lasted 37 years, Titan fell. His siblings had betrayed him, and for that, he still did not hate them, but they had to be punished.
He cast his machine arm over the two.
Dragoon trembled. She let out a horrid shriek, and flew away. It had done her no good; she shattered into three main pieces soon after.
Hydra watched his sister break apart and watched her pieces fall to the earth below. He turned to Titan and shivered.
"Your sister deserved what she has gained. As for you, you will be sealed in the volcano to suffer for the next 10,000 years," Titan said. "I am sorry, but you must pay the price."
Hydra disappeared into the volcano.
Titan let out a pained cry. He was mortally wounded in the fight. He accepted his fate, and his core exploded. His parts scattered across the world, and we now know them as the Air Ride Machines. Titan is not gone. His skeletal remains are floating high above us, otherwise known as the Sky Garden.
But if one were to listen to the sky, you may still hear Dragoon's screams, her painful shrieks of regret. And f you dare to enter the volcano in the dead of night, one may hear Hydra's cries of agony, his desperate pleas for forgiveness.
The strange happenings around the city, also known as 'Events', are caused by lingering aftereffects from that war.
If Dragoon and Hydra were ever to be let free, some say they would fight and the world would end. Others say they would forgive each other for their part in the other's pain.
But either way, Dragoon and Hydra still suffer to this very day, and Titan's corpse still floats above us, and his parts are used by many today, all proof of the catastrophic consequences of that war over 8,000 years ago...
Kirby put the book labeled 'Dreamland Mythology' down on his lap and looked to the sky. He wondered if it all was true.
Immediately, he saw two objects high in the sky, one pink, one green, fly off into the distance side by side.
