Jun.
It wasn't like him to feel these emotions. He was shy and didn't appreciate anything or anyone with a forwardness. Yet here he existed, wanting to open himself up to her.
Several times he believed he was struck with an illness. When he notified Urahara of his predicament, that man hid his eyes in his hat and his mouth with his fan and said, "Nova...this is an interesting opportunity for you."
And that was it. That's all Urahara had to say to him. It exasperated him, and aggravated his feelings.
So what did that leave him with, other than sitting in his room staring at the wall? Then, he heard murmurs rumbling softly in the house, and it peaked his interest. Perhaps this would ease his thoughts.
"Jun. Please visit Nova. He seems to be unappeased."
Just like her namesake, Jun was ever obedient to her acquaintances and soon found herself standing outside of Nova's room. She knew that old man with the fan merely wanted to fluster her: orders concerning the shy mod-soul made her face burn and her palms tingle.
"Nova?" she asked quietly, knowing very well she would not receive an answer. Urahara stood a few feet behind her, and gave her another order.
"Enter the room, Jun."
She did as she was told, and there was a sense of uncomforting bubbling that settled in her stomach.
"Sit next to Nova."
Jun, thoroughly embarrassed by his orders, but knowing she couldn't do a thing about it. She seated herself beside him, and neither said a word. Nova became warm, and reached up towards his mask to zip himself up, when Urahara's voice rang out, "Jun, take off Nova's mask."
Nova gave a look of shock, and Jun's eyes widened. She gave him a supreme apologetic look, and moved her shaky hands to unzip his mask fully, and slip it slowly and gently off his head. She set it on the ground and froze when she felt his hands wrap around her wrists.
She then uncertainly raised her eyes to meet his, and immediately she felt her cheeks flush. Nova, unsure of what to do, began to lean in closer, to view the details of the details of her face. Jun knew she had one chance, and she took it: her lips swept across his, and his hands moved up her arms to hold her the back of her head in place.
"I don't have to order you around anymore, now do I?" Urahara's voice echoed from the far side of the house.
