Recap: One of Scully's friends from the FBI academy, now working in the Violent Crimes Unit, asks her to assist him on a homicide investigation involving no clear point of entry. Mulder realizes that this is similar to a series of X-Files case that have occurred every thirty years, and joins in the investigation to stop the latest cycle.()
"Squeeze"

Her small body heaved with the effort it took to breath. One pale arm, was splayed across the white ceramic tub, which was still filled with water. The other rested across the window sill.
"you OK?" Her partner asked.
"Yeah."
"Someone called for back-up?" an officer yelled. It echoed through the apartment.
"Up here." Mulder's voice resounded off the walls.
Tooms was removed within seconds and Fox crawled to Dana's side. He placed a splayed hand on her cheek and coxed her through her breathing.
"Lets go watch some TV." Mulder offered.
He stood up, leaned down and helped Dana up with a rough hand at her elbow.

Her hand traveled loosely down the contours of her partners arm and he could no longer remember what she said or whether or not it required a response. She continued her root long after she had gotten his attention and pulled on his hand.
"Lets go."
He sighed, how he loved her.
