Well this was half inspired by Grey's Anatomy… and half inspired by my love sickness… so this can be counted as dribble/rubbish… coz I'm just feeling very.. blah.. if that's a word. Thanks for reading..

Remy Hadley was never one to say "I love you" even though people had said it to her before.

She had never told her mum that she loved her; of course she had regretted it to this day. Even now, she only told her in her head.

She had never told her dad that she loved him; not even on every phone call she shared with him once a year.

She never told David, her first boyfriend that she loved him; while he had told her almost every time he saw her since the first day they had gotten together.

She never told Lindsay, her first girlfriend; because falling in love with a girl was absurd at that time.

She never told her any of her one night stands that she loved them… for obvious reasons.

She never told any subsequent boyfriends or girlfriends that she loved him or her because she just never felt the need to; or they were just not the right ones.

With a certain blonde doctor, however, Remy knew that she was the right one.

They had been on dates, too many to count.

They had their first kiss on date number five.

They made love for the first time on date twenty.

They moved in together whilst on date forty.

They fought for the first time on date fifty.

They had made up at the end of date fifty.

It seemed slow, but they enjoyed the pace of their relationship. Time didn't matter. Nothing mattered but the both of them.

And throughout their relationship, Remy had never told Allison that she was crazy, madly in love with her. After all, actions spoke louder than words, did it?

Remy heard the front door click open and looked up expectantly.

"Hey!" Allison greeted her with her big smile, closing the door behind her and taking off her coat.

"Hey…" Remy smiled and whispered as she observed her girlfriend approaching her with that big beautiful smile she had plastered on her face.

Allison leaned in for a quick kiss, but was pulled into a deep searing kiss by Remy.

"What was that for?" The blonde asked breathlessly as she grinned and cupped her girlfriend's face.

"I love you…" Remy said softly as she gazed into the blonde's blue eyes.

Allison's smile disappeared slowly in slight shock at the words Remy had uttered.

"You do?" Allison choked out.

"I do." Remy nodded and smiled as she tucked a strand of hair behind the blonde's ear.

Allison's smile slowly emerged again, this time accompanied by tears welling up in her eyes, "I love you too…"
