Ashes to Ashes

Ashes to ashes; dust to dust. We've all heard it, but does anyone know what it truly means?

I do.

I am Dialga.

I have seen time since it has began, for I am time itself. I have seen plains turn into oceans, hills into mountain; I have witnessed the evolution of the earth from a seed.

I am time itself.

I am one of the special ones.

If I die, time would stop.

For that, I can never die.

I wish to lie down, fall asleep, and never wake up.

I wish to leave this physical realm behind.

I wish to leave my duty.

I wish to die.

But Arceus will not let me.

Never will I be able to leave. For time would end without me.

Why me?

Why must I have this burden?

This world depends on every legendary. But the world won't end if they die.

Why?
