A Toontown Valentine's Day

It was a beautiful February 14th in Toontown, as the frost settled perfectly on the buildings. Everybody was dressed up in snuggly warm clothes, except the animals that had on their own snuggly winter coats. On Main Street USA, Mickey Mouse, the mayor of Toontown, was decorating the shops with cupid hears and stickers, along Minnie's help. Presently he was greeted by the Simpsons.
"Happy Valentine's Day," greeted Marge.
"Happy Valentine's Day," responded Minnie. "Would you like some cookies? They're shaped like hearts?"
"I'll take the whole batch." said Homer, snacking as he viewed the treasure.
"I don't know how to say this," said Mickey modestly, "but I think this will be the best Valentine's Day ever."
"Oh come off it," Bart said, "You say that every year. How exactly do you tell if this one's going to e better than the last?"
"Bart, don't ruin the spirit," Marge scolded her son.
"She's right, ya little wet blanket!" said Homer with a mouthful of cookies.
Suddenly, Shaggy from Scooby Doo came up with an idea. "Say dudes, why don't we go spread our cheer to ToonTokyo," which is where the Anime characters live.
For the most part, the Animes kept to themselves. Some of them seemed to have an attitude problem toward the western cartoons, considering themselves superior to the cartoons. Of course, this ticked off the cartoons quite a bit. All the same, Mickey taught them to practice courtesy and grace and thereby ignore the selected anime's snooty attitude.
Team Rocket was sailing above ToonTown, while spying on the cartoons. "Did you hear?" said Jesse, "They're trying to bring Valentine's Day to ToonTokyo. That means we must make it as hard as possible for them to succeed."
"Because we're Team Rocket," finished Meowth.
