How Ianto found out about coffee
This story was set when Ianto was only four so enjoy.
Ianto woke up at seven am and went downstairs to get his breakfast. His mother but down a plate of toast and gave him a kiss on his head. His mother sat down with him and read the newspaper.
"Mammy, What's that?" He asked pointing to a cup.
"It's a cup of coffee" She said laughing.
"Could I try it?" Ianto asked.
"I don't think you'll like it" Ianto's mam warned.
"Please" He begged.
"Ok" His mam sighed. Ianto took the cup and sipped it. He slowly smiled and started to gulp it down.
"Sweetie stop drinking that it's mine. I'll make you a cup for supper" She said trying to get him to stop drinking it as fast as she could.
"That's lovely" He said smiling and eating his toast. When his mam went out to work his dad had some coffee.
"Daddy could I have some?" Ianto asked using his puppy dog eyes.
"Course you can, son" His dad said beaming. He was normally like this when a football match was on. Ianto started drinking again.
When christmas came he woke up extra early and opened his presents.
"Wow a coffee mug with my name on" Ianto screamed. He also got a packet of instant and also badges with coffee mugs on. Everything he got that year was coffee related and he wouldn't change it for the world.
