We were fighting off Nerissa and her Knights of Vengeance when one of the portals started going out of control. "I'll take care of it!" I was so concentrated on defeating Nerissa and her knights that I wasn't really sure who spoke. That was until I saw Irma trying to take control of the portal with her water powers. Upon seeing that she was in distress, Cornelia used her earth abilities to help. "Let me handle it. I have the power to control the portal. You concentrate on defeating Nerissa!" It was rather a demand. "Will, it's too dangerous! It's gonna take all of us to stop!" Hay Lin was flying right behind me. That's when the flash of light came and everything became green. Next, we were thrown onto the pavement. Only we were in another world. It was dark with only the moon and street lights to provide light. "Where are we?" Cornelia scratched her head. "I don't know. I just hope no one sees us." Taranee was referring to the fact that we were in our Guardian Form. "Well, it's dark out. I guess that's a good thing. People are less likely to be outside at night." After sitting down for a couple minutes, I stood up, and everyone else did the same. And I'm glad we did, 'cause there was a young boy fighting a an older man, who looked like a rocker dude with electric hair and a mean looking guitar. He spotted us and started to fly towards us. "Oh, no you don't!" The boy shouted after the rocker dude. Hay Lin blasted some air at him and he got sucked into a thermos the boy was holding. "You okay?" She looked up into his green eyes and white/silver hair. "Yeah. Who are you?" Hay Lin asked the question we'd all been wondering. "I'm Danny. What about you?" Danny reached out his hand to shake hers. "I'm Hay Lin, and that's Will, Irma, Taranne, Cornelia, and me, Hay Lin." She almost stuttered her words. "Oh. Nice to meet you all. I'm half ghost; half human." He then went on to tell us all about the accident that made him half ghost. We, in turn, told him all about us, how were Guardians, etc. "The only problem is where are we gonna stay in Amity Park?" I knew we couldn't stay with Danny. Sorry, but not with his parents being ghosts hunters. What were we gonna do? Sorry, but I'm gonna have to leave you on a cliffhanger. I'll continue it tomorrow. Don't you worry.
