"...But I still need you..."
The sun shines brightly as I glance,
The trees swaying in a sprightly dance.
Indeed it was a pleasant noon,
Not for me, as I was surrounded in gloom.
I looked at you face expecting it hearty and hale,
But instead it was pale and frail.
The moniter beeped for a second and few,
And I was devastated I knew;
Cause, I still need you
I still need you...
I cried trying to swallow the truth,
Just wishing it was a dream of falsehood.
Has the fate decided to play s game?
If 'yes' it has, it is lame.
I walked towards your bed looking at you,
I cried harder because I Loved you.
Never thought I'll see this day,
Somehow I had to, I knew
But, I still need you,
I still need you...
Remembering the adventures we had together,
To conquer our dreams that just now shattered.
I bent down amd gave you cheek a peck,
Forgiving you for times you were pain in neck.
The black dress that now I wore,
I never wanted to wear it, I swore,
I gave a few words on you,
Choking back I couldn't continue, I knew;
Cause, I still need you,
I still need you ...
I took a last glace of you,
shutting my eyes wishing it wasn't true.
I ran away towards the edge of the cliff,
In my mind memories of you and me came in swift.
I let my self fall of the edge,
And I knew, it was my death.
I hoped I'll meet you up there,
I couldn't love anymore without you I knew;
Cause, I still need you,
I 'will' need you... no one but you
